My sister is a hair afficiando. She is amazing with scissors and color. But, as she ages it gets harder to stand all the time. Covid really took away a lot of income and she was in desperate need for good shoes. I wear Hoka's all the time as a nurse and new they would do the trick. I purchased the black Hupana Flows for her. ( a low heel was a must) They fit perfectly and she wore them the next day and everyday thereafter. On Christmas Day, she told me it was the best thing I could've gotten her and that the shoes were helping her back! I love my sister and would do anything for her. Seeing her in less pain made my heart feel so much better!

I purchased these for my daughter. She has hardly taken them off since the shoes arrived! She says they are amazingly comfortable.

The arch has a perfect support for my feet

I was advised to wear athletic shoes to work by my orthopedic surgeon. I wear dress slacks and have been looking for a shoe that looks close to professional. These look and feel great. I plan to order another color.

These are the most comfortable showesI have ever bought. They really do help the pain in my feet from Plantar fasciitis. Would definitely buy again.

As the headline states, this is my sixth pair of Hoka Hupanas, and I love them now as much as I did when I started wearing my first pair. Although my local shop markets these as "lifestyle" shoes, I have used all six pairs for running, from daily 5-milers to half marathon distance. Interestingly, I find these shoes to be even more comfortable when I wear them for running than walking. I highly recommend them as a slightly less cushioned shoe compared to some of the other models.

I would recommend buying 1/2 size larger for more toe room. It is narrower in the toe than previous styles of Hokkaido. Love the purple-blue color.

I wish I had tried these shoes years ago. I run about 3 miles on a treadmill daily and have always had issues finding shoes that didn't push arches into my flat feet. I get the logic behind shoes that try to support the fallen arches of flat feet, but this always leads to a painful burning. I am also extremely bow-legged, so I don't need support that corrects overpronation. Long story short, these shoes are PERFECT! From the first wear, they felt broken in and I didn't have to go through a painstaking month or two of breaking down the arch support to finally get the comfort I'm looking for. I'd recommend these to anyone working out indoors! I'm sure they're great for outdoor runs, too, but I haven't tried. I did go down a half size and I still have some room between my toe and the end of the shoe, but I like a somewhat snug fit.

It is light weight and its helped keep me aligned.

Great for elliptical, walking, teaching (concrete floors), and light jogging. I wear a 9.5, but roomy & added insert. 2nd pair I sized down to 9 and they fit perfectly!

I recently had surgery on a pinched nerve in my back. Combine that with my over-pronation, finding a comfortable shoe for walking and working out has been difficult but the Humana Flow has been great! Finally, a shoe that is comfortable and supports my healing process

These shoes take from the gym to the road and are the perfect travel shoe as well.

I have terrible feet - issues with tendonitis, planter fasciitis, and bone spurs. These are the ONLY shoes that I've found that give me relief! They are a perfect fit and so comfy.

I have back problems and wearing this shoe has decreased some of my back problem.

When I play tennis with my Hokas on I feel like like I can fly! They don't even need to be broken in they are so comfortable!!! Love them!

Very comfortable

I bought these for my daughter and she couldn't be happier.

The shoes are very comfortable. I have some issues with my feet (I'm 73 yrs. old) but on my every morning walk, they feel great. I'm so glad I purchased these. There is one tiny issue, however. The shoestrings are kind of "slippery" and they don't stay tied well. I have to really tie tightly or they come undone. Small thing. It's good for me to bend over!!
