I love these shoes! Thinking about buying a second pair. My first pair gave out after about 3 years (honestly they were still wearable but the material is hard to clean and they had been through rain and mud). Definitely the most comfortable flats I've ever had - Flats aren't exactly known for comfort but I never experienced pain from lack of support or blisters in these. From what I can remember they do run slightly large so I'd recommend trying them on in person before buying.

I have extremely wide feet so I had to get a 1/2 size up. The style and support is great! It's such a classic look and i might order another pair because they are so beautiful that i don't want to damage them.

I wanted these to work so badly. I wear a 9.5/10 in pumps, sandals. I wear 10 in boots and a 10/10.5 in flats. I have a wider front foot (moderately wide, do not wear “wide” shoes), and a slim ankle. I ordered these in a 10.5 and they were so tight across the toe. I ordered an 11 as a shot in the dark and it too was so tight in the toe and across the top. These are gorgeous shoes and look to be made well. I ordered the tan color and they are a true neutral, not too brown not too yellow. They are dressy enough and feminine enough to broach the “severe point” of some flats and a ballerina flat. They are just far too tight at the top.

The sizing is off, go up a size.The box shows the European size which is accurate. The shoes are really beautiful: simple, sleek, and timeless. I wouldn’t think twice about these. Get them, but do go up a size.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but just trying them on they rubbed the back of my foot and across my toes so painfully I had to send them back.

pancake flat, pointy toes...the chances they will be comfortable and fit are slim to none and these were the same as the many other pairs of this style shoe I've tried. A full size too small, pinch the toes because of the extreme pointy toe, and dead flat, no arch support whatsoever. Also the edges of the shoe felt sooo stiff, they hurt just wearing around the room. Can't imagine actually walking in them. Yikes. Returned.

As for arch support, I cannot respond to that because I could not put the shoe on! I was very very disappointed!

I tried them on and they seemed good, wire them for a day and they were awful. Cut right into my foot.
