Imy old Solomon's have always been 8s... the newer models are at least a half size too big. I ordered two different colored pairs and am just dealing with it, but it makes my foot look huge. Go 1/2 size smaller!

the shoe size is not standard and they are not very comfortable. Love the Speedcross better.

I agree with the other reviews. These shoes do run really big. I am always a 7 in Salomon and these feel a full size too big. They also had the strongest chemical smell when I opened the box. I am going to reorder and hope it was just this one pair and not the entire run of shoes. They are a really good looking shoe and I love all of my other Salomon shoes and boots. Always comfortable and hold up really well in all conditions.

I bought this shoe for 100mile run in the mountains and was able to wear them quite comfortably through the very muddy trails. They did tear on the sides along the toe a bit by the end but it was a pretty rugged trail. I do have to wonder why Salomon did NOT put the pocket in the tongue for the laces of this shoe. It was quite difficult to get the quick laces undone once they had a build up of mud and dirt on the latch. This was a huge disappointment for me, but other then that these shoes did pretty good. Not sure if I will try them again or a different one, but they did the job I bought them for pretty well.

These were at least 2 inches too big. I'm a legit size 10 in Solomon's Trailster so not sure why there's such a drastic difference?

I've run in Speed Cross for years and SWEAR BY THEM so I tried out the new SUPERCROSS. I'm super disappointed! Really odd fit- through the years I wear between an 8 to 7.5 and got a 7.5 in the Super Cross and it feels too big. There's no draw string pocket on the tongue so the excess is always flopping around. I haven't put that many miles on these shoes and am giving up on them. I hate wasting money and this was a waste of money. I LOVE SALOMON trail shoes and will continue to buy them but not this model. Big miss on this one.

I bought this shoe in black and it looked large right out of the box which proved to be right as soon as I put my foot inside this shoe. The only shoes I wear are Salomon and this shoe was definitely not a 7.5 women's shoe. I spoke to customer service and he had no idea how the shoe ran in size! I ended up returning it which was really disappointing since I loved the look of this shoe,
