The medium worked great for me 5'9", 160lbs, athletic build. Some reviewers did not like the "tail" in the back. I love it - keeps my tail warm when riding my bike or just running around. The Thermal Reflective OMNI-HEAT lining kept me warm but not hot. Pretty color also!!

As usual, I read all reviews on online purchases so I appreciate all input. In response to what I have read, I have not had any trouble with the zipper. As far as the fit goes, I ordered an xs because judging from sizing it was the right fit. It ran very small through the bust but fit everywhere else so I ordered a SM. The longer drop in the back is exactly why I ordered this vest. I like to have my rear end covered when I wear gym clothes on public and this covers completely. It is a lighter weight, less bulky layer and I will enjoy having it.

Love it! The fit is great - fits the contours of your body - not puffy and shapeless. Love the longer back. Great to wear to the gym.

I love the vest-coat it is perfect, however the sizing runnings small. I hope they will make adjustments for future coats. As a fall/winter coat there is the need for aditional room with bulky clothing (sweaters). It is a great design and I get looks of interest and compliments. It's lite and different (good).

I ordered my usual XL and the fit was great, the fabric was not too puffy and the color was beautiful. However I sent it back for the same reason a previous reviewer mentioned——the weird tail like feature. Had it been maybe 3 inches shorter it might have worked but it was just out of proportion.

I love the style of this vest. It does run long if you are short and wide like me I wouldn't recommend going a size up. The vest does have a zipper at the bottom you can unzip to help fit wide hips.

Love this vest! Great light weight style. Not too puffy and cumbersome like a lot of puffer vests. Style is also sliming. I wear a lot for outdoor activities with kids and constantly get compliments.

I ordered several Heavenly Long Vest in XXL. I normally wear an XL but I like my vest loose fitting. I got the gray, burgundy and black. I'm very happy with my purchases. They are light weight, warm and slimming. I would like to purchase a long coat but want black and I would wear my vest with my long coat.

The quality of this vest is wonderful! It's made well, comfortable, and warm. Love the color choices too!

I am always on the lookout for gear that is long enough to fit my body - I'm tall, muscular, and have broad shoulders. I enjoyed the slim fit of it. It was warm and comfortable. The color was gorgeous!

Flattering, but is slim fit. I'm a curvy 14 and the XL is just right but wouldn't zip if any smaller, though I did still wear it over a thick sweater. Pockets are great and useful unless you have it zipped over something large and have them unzipped - then not so flattering because of the pucker. Beautiful berry color. Lightweight but still warm. I'm tall, so the back hem isn't dramatic or weird on me, just gives a bit more style and helps cover my bum. Bought it for a trip where I needed to look pulled together but be active at the same time. It's also great to wear for walking the dog. So happy I bought this instead of just some random fashion puffer since this is both cute and functional.

Love the fit of this and how warm it is for outdoor activity! If you're between sizes go up a size! It fits snugly with one thin layer underneath.

Love this vest! It's long enough to keep my bum warm and the reflective inside does a great job keeping my core warm. Plus it's cute!

Love this vest and I get so many compliments on it too. I purchased it for football season. It keeps me warm but not hot. Thin enough to be comfortable and covers my bottom to keep me warm and modest.

Fits true to size and is so comfortable! I'm usually between a M and L and chose L so I could wear thicker layers under the vest. It's roomy without looking boxy or oversized!

It is a great vest! It's light weight but still keeps you warm. I like the silhouette, it gives me a nice shape. It's much more feminine than other vests in the market.

I'm 5'10 and 180 lbs. and Large still gave me room to layer and move. I can wear this over fleece lined tights with a thin wool base layer top and be comfortable cross-country skiing in 20F weather. The great look makes it one of my favorite purchases this season. I've already ordered a second one.

I actually thought this fit bigger. I wear a medium in Northface vests and I got the small in this.

I originally ordered the "M" but it fit too perfectly. I like my outer wear more loose so I would say this runs small, I typicaly do not wear a large. I have only tried on, not worn but seems to be snugging. I like how the front is shorter and the back is longer...very becoming! I am giving 4 stars only because I have not worn outdoors.
