In the image this shoe looks grey, but is really a light army green.

I ordered my usual size 8 and the boots were too short. I then ordered an 81/2 and they were still too short. They were really hard to get on as the opening was rather small

I waited all day for these and I ordered one and a half size up--they are still way too tight. I'm a size nine, ordered a ten and a half, still too small...putting my thinnest socks on didn't help...they are made for someone with incredibly skinny, long feet. These are going back.

These are so cute so I decided to keep them despite the shoes feeling a little tight in the toe area. The toe box is not as wide as other Keen shoes. If you have issues with hammertoe in your little toes or Tailor’s bunion these are not the shoes for you. I’ve been wearing them a lot hoping they will stretch naturally but that’s not really happening very quickly. I may take them to shoe repair shop for professional stretching. There is not very much cushioning or arch support so if I have them on all day my feet are bothering me. I normally wear Powerstep insoles and there is not room in these shoes to use them. I used some arch raise pads under the insoles that came with shoes for additional support. Overall I would rate these 3 1/2. I kept them because they are so cute and I’m able to accommodate some of shortcomings. In hindsight I probably should have returned them for something I could use the Powerstep to avoid aching feet/back. I typically wear these for 6-8hrs and then change to another pair of shoes.

Received these as a gift as I love Keens. They are definitely a boot and are nice and toasty. Unfortunately they are very stiff with less support than I anticipated and definitely are smaller in the toe bed than my other Keens. Have to wear thin socks with them. Since they're so cute I'm keeping them and hoping they will break in.

Expected it to fit like rain boots I got two years ago. Very different. Same lines and same low arch but no toe toon and bit shorter. Suggest order up half size.

I normally wear an 8 and based on other reviews tried these in a 8.5. These definitely do not have the same wide toebox as other Keen styles. With a med weight wool sock they were way too narrow in front. I decided to just return them because the length of the 8.5 was perfect so I think I would have been tripping over my feet in a larger size.

Everybody who said these are not typical Keens is correct. The toe box is a great deal smaller. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 depending on the shoe--usually the latter--but for these, only a size 8 felt OK. Another problem, for me, is that the sole is VERY hard. It feels like walking on a board. I suppose I could have got a softer insole, but for over a hundred dollars, I want a pair of shoes to work. Last, the white bumper scuffed when I was just wearing it around the house. Yes, it is a cute shoe, but all these problems make it not the shoe for me.

I loved the look of these boots but the toe box was very narrow. I have narrow feet and sometime order narrow shoes but I could barely get my foot into these with a thin sock. Disappointed because they are very nice otherwise.

So cute and so uncomfortable! Keen forgot the forefoot padding for these shoes and ended up creating super cute and super hard shoes. I’ve had several pairs of Keens through the years and have never experienced a problem like this. I do not recommend them, unless you enjoy feeling like you’re walking on a hard ground or are willing to add a cushioning forefoot insole.

I bought the keen quilted elsa II last year and when I couldn't find it again, keen recommended this one. Unfortunately, not anywhere near the same comfort. This one is stiff and and just not nearly as comfortable. I still like keen shoes and will keep trying.
