I love how soft and versatile this jacket is. I wear it around the house because it is so comfortable, and I wear it out because it is cute and is really light but it keeps me the perfect temperature. My issue with this version is the sizing, especially around the shoulder blades. In previous versions of this jacket (and in most TNF tops) I wear an XS. This 3.0 version of the hoodie is very tight around my upper back if I use my arms at all. When I extend my arms in front of me the fabric pulls uncomfortably and restricts my movement, so it isn't ideal for wearing while being active. Unfortunately making the this version of the jacket more fitted made it not work for me in my usual size. I definitely need to size up in this version, but I haven't gotten a new one yet.

This coat is one of my favorite TNF items. I first purchased the Mountain Sweatshirt pullover and loved it. This year I got the full zip version. It's like wearing a lightweight down blanket. It runs just a tish large in the full zip, and true to size in the pullover. I also think the pullover is just a bit longer than the full zip. It does get a little piling in the fabric after heavy use and washing. However, it's still looks nice and doesn't lose function.

Love the light weight fabric and warmth. Very easy to wash and hang to dry. I own the ashen purple, black, and navy blue. They are perfect for California mornings and evening weather. Plus, I wear them under my Thermoball North Face jackets for extra warmth.

This sweatshirt is so soft and comfy! It is lightweight yet warm and I really like the elastic at the end of the sleeves. I have all 3 colors and I hope they make more.

This jacket is amazingly comfortable. It just easily pilled so it looks cheap and worn out after a few wears. Otherwise great jacket!

Love it! I liked the first generation mountain sweatshirt hoodie so much that I bought this, and am glad I did. The pockets are deeper and the sleeve openings are a little narrower than the old version, which is perfect.

Fit to a T. Material used was soft but warm

I live in San Francisco so about 90% of the time wear a light puffer jacket. But sometimes it seems extreme to wear a puffer in June (even in SF!) so I purchased this mountain sweatshirt. I love it! It's NOT a sweatshirt, not a sweater, not a puffer jacket....it's silky soft both inside and out. Slips over shirts easily. I started with a medium but like a previous reviewer felt it pulled more than I like across the shoulder blades when I moved my arms overhead. The large is not too big. It's cozy on chilly mornings or evenings and if I get tok warm it's light enough to push into a pack or tie around my waist.

I returned this sweat shirt. It was very soft and the color was unusual and pretty but I didn't like how it looked on me. It hung on me like an old sweat shirt, but a very expensive old sweat shirt. It didn't feel very warm even for California springtime weather. I thought I would like this coat, tried to like it, but returned it.

A very comfortable, lightweight jacket. Not at all bulky and surprisingly warm. The medium is a bit big on me but the small was snug when zipped. I reach for this jacket a lot!

Have several of these that I wear daily over scrubs! Always wash them inside out and hang to dry to prevent pilling!

Have six of these! Love them so much for everyday wear!

The best jacks in my life

This hoodie is more of a nice jacket with a perfect weight to wear in 3 seasons. It was a little snug for me so I had to return but hope to re order.

I use this on my morning walks. It's oh-so-comfortable and just perfect for chilly mornings in the Cascades. I would definitely by it again!

My daughter loves the thinness of this jacket. She tends to get very hot in all other coats! This coat has provided her the warmth she need. Plus it has a good to protect her hair on those drizzly days. She loves it so much!!

I love this sweater! Inner lining is very soft material against the skin. Great for cool days and nights. Great for hiking or just going out to get groceries. Fits true and to size. Zipper pockets fits large cell phone and keys.

I highly would recommend this sweatshirt Must have for the winter or any cold day. Love the colors and the way the jacket fits. Would buy again in any other color.
