I typically wear a size 7 but I go down to a 6.5 in this shoe and it fits perfect!

These flats are very cute and very red. I've only worn them for a few hours, but they were as comfortable as any flat I have. But hear this, Shoe People. I always read the reviews, but I tend to ignore advice about shoes being too big or small because a 10 always fits my foot. Not so with this red flat. It was definitely a half-size too big. But it was Zappos!!! Possibly the greatest shopping spot in the universe. So, with not a worry in the world, I bought the 10, sent it back, reordered the 9 1/2, received the pair the next day, and wore them that afternoon. Red shoes make me happy. And Zappos makes me happy. Did I say that they are a wonderful red?

I was happy with fit and comfort but only after a few times wearing them for normal activity, the front tip started to scrape off and was looking ugly. I tried to use shoe polish to hide it, but not really working. Too late to return but very unhappy with their quality.

They are definitely comfortable shoes for people with normal sized feet. I have short VERY wide feet. It does rub on my pinky toes both right and left, again I have very wide feet. So I can’t walk too far. They are just shoes for sitting in a chair idle doing office work. I don’t recommend doing any lengthy walking. Otherwise, they are stylish and comfortable in every other way. Good cushion for the arch, no heel rub, the leather is nice and soft, and the sole has good traction. You won't be leaving black streaks on the ground. You will have firm footing in these flats when on marble/hardwood floors.

I was happy to find these shoes. After buying two pairs of another flat shoe, neither of which fit, my Zappo’s rep found these for me and they’re perfect!

I was genuinely so glad to have this so I could look into a better shoe of this kind. I used to think only Nordstrom had that kind of return policy! Kuddos, Zappos.

I really want to like these shoes. The style of these shoes is cute and they are very comfortable for a day at work. I normally wear a 6.5M and the 6.5M in these shoes fit my feet well. I was very satisfied with these shoes until I wore them about three times. The sole of the shoe is smaller than the bottom of the shoe. With the way I walk, the leather on the heal is already starting to wear off since the sole does not go back to the end of the heal. After three wears, the backs of these shoes almost look as bad as the five year old shoes in my closet that I was trying to replace. I like the style of these shoes and they are very comfortable, but they are going to wear out extremely fast.

I ordered 1/2 size smaller than my usual and they fit perfectly.

these are my 3rd pair , they are so comfortable , i usually wear 81/2 but with these flat 8 fits me perfectly. the only thing that bothers me is that the leather is not durable, it gets worn quickly. especially the acorn color , i inly used it 3 times normal wear and it’s already worn out but the black on silver was more durable.

This is such a cute shoe. I love the style. However, it is too flat for comfort for me. I have problems with bone spurs and flat shoes with no support are a risk to me. No cushion. I will wear them but only for short periods of time.

A little tight compared to the other styles

Love this cute little shoe. I normally wear 8 1/2 but I ordered an 8 and it fits fine. I just wish it came in a more narrow width as I'm afraid it will stretch out sideways. Not much support for my flat feet. But very very comfortable and very very cute.
