Everyday use.

Very nice sweater, was thicker than I expected. Fit for very slim and was a little long causing the zipper to ride up when closed.

I'm really satisfied with the quality of the jacket. It's light but thick enough to deal with the cold.

The jacket is really warm; especially here in Utah where the weather dropped to record temperatures!!

Great jacket. Nice and warm. Stylish. My only con is that the sleeves are a tad short. If you have long arms maybe look for a different jacket

I was looking for a lightweight jacket that would be perfect for its versatility, whether it be hiking or just out and about in the city. While I would typically order gray or black, the "urban navy" depicted in the photos really caught my eye. I don't care for the color navy in general and was excited to receive my package. I understand that the color resolution can vary on screens, but unfortunately, the photos are a bit misleading and that was a disappointment. Expectation vs reality. Size wise, I'm a small framed guy and the small swallowed me. I was bummed as it's overall a well constructed jacket and while it will work for someone else - it just didn't for me. Again, it's a great looking jacket, but just know that the color is not the same as shown.

Very warm and comfortable, but the sleeves are a bit tight and do not leave much room for base layers.

I was hoping the Highrail Fleece Jacket would pan out, but it didn't work for me. It seems to be a hold over from TNF's past. It is heavy, not benefiting from newer TNF fabrics that are lighter/more durable providing comparable warmth. Also, the outer fabric seems to be jersey-like which didn't seem to me as though it could repel dirt, stains, abrasion, etc. Maybe it was designed to be a cold temp layer underneath a high tech, weather repellant shell and not a stand alone jacket...I returned it for a newer design, with current performance fabric, that is my favorite new TNF jacket. The Apex Bionic is not only stylish, but a durable colder weather coat. It is the perfect mate to my milder weather windbreaker jacket similarly designed...the Canyonlands Full Zip Jacket.

Would have kept it if they offered it in x-small sizing. Really liked the jacket, just too big.

It's a great for the cold weather! However, that being said the fit is kind of off.. the length sits a little too low for my taste!

It's a nice jacket but even the small was too large on me.

I actually love this jacket very much but I rarely wear it because it is too big for me. I tried to return it in store but they said I couldn't and I had to somehow re-order it online but I don't think it is available anymore. If there is any way I could exchange this jacket that I got as a gift for a smaller size it is still pretty much brand new because I hardly wear it I would love to exchange it for a smaller size. Thank you!

Definitely keeps warm. Normally wears medium but small fit well.

Material is not as expected. This is sweatshirt material, thought it would be more of a coat than a sweatshirt.

I wear this for the cold Chicago fall. It is very warm, I could wear it until it's about 30 degrees outside which in chicago says a lot. The waist is a little tighter than I expected but that keeps you warm.

One of the buttons broke off on the very first wear. Instead of replacing the brand new jacket, you wanted to repair it and that would take 4-6 weeks. It's December in the northeast. Going 4-6 weeks in the cold is not an option. I will not buy from Northface again.

I really liked the jacket and it was very warm, but it was much more of a sweatshirt type of jacket than it was a jacket. For the price (which is actually pretty affordable), it just was to casual for what I was looking for.

Everything above the bellybutton feels great and is comfortable. However, NF decided not to have a double main zipper, which is unfortunate as the jacket is on the longer side and a double zipper would really allow for movement and comfort. The chest area fits very nicely with room to move (I bought a Small and am 5'10" 165lbs) but the waist (and below) fits very snug. If the double zipper existed and a slightly looser waist to match the fit of the chest this wouldn't be a problem. Certainly returning and will continue my search.

Runs to small

I love this coat. I'd wear it everyday if I could. I can't because after owning it for a day it looks old. After the initial wash that was followed by tag the material just pilled up into little balls over the entire coat. I tried to take it back and they said no since it was washed. Such a joke. My wife and 3 kids all wear north face but because of this coat and the poor customer service we will no longer buy anything else north face again. Coat is now after a week just a toss on if I have to run out quickly but never to work or out in the town. Shame on you northface. Over 15 years of buying so much I get treated like I'm trying to scam someone.

Had to return jacket, which was supposed to be a Christmas present, because it had 2 small holes on the front. It was still in the packaging when my son opened it and noticed the holes. I called customer service and asked if I return it can they send me another one. Once they got notified it had been mailed back they returned my money instead of sending another jacket. This was my first time ordering from North Face and it wasn't great.

Trash coat never got no help from Northfave tells me to call my card company they say to call north face

Didn't fit good felt very tight around shoulder and chest area
