When I wanted to use my north face discount there wasn't a lot of women's options so I ventured over to the men's section. Over all I don't regret buying it but as a petite chick I feel like a blue box. It's warm and has pockets but I'm swimming in it. I'm 5' 4" I ordered a men's small it fits my arms well, Narrow at my hips and goes past my butt. So for me the fit feels off, but otherwise works great, got blue and it looks the same as the pictures!

The product is ok

Love the jacket. However, Large size, although ordered in accordance with fit chart, is too tight in shoulders and body. I have returned and ordered a XL in a different color as my first choice of color is not available in XL.

Great jacket aside from the cuffs on the sleeves. The cuffs are loose with no bungee or elastic to keep them on your wrists. They feel like you rolled then up and are now stretched out. With your arms down the sleeves slide over your hand. I returned the jacket to go for another model.

I have purchased Gordon Lyons in the past and this latest iteration does not measure up. The construction is not as substantial. Sleeves were too long. And the logo is a patch and not embroidered like in the past. North Face must have changed suppliers. The past versions were far superior

My boyfriend is the same size as the model so I bought him a medium. He absolutely loved his jacket. It took only one wash and dry and the product no longer fits him. This was a waste of money. He was able to wear it for one month, but now the sleeves and the jacket are too short and too tight.

I love TNF but would not recommend this jacket. It pills very bad after being washed per the instructions. It attracts every speck of dust or animal hair. I contacted TNF but they would not let me return bc it was washed. Don't waste your money on this jacket.

I purchased this to give as a Christmas gift. When I went to wrap it, I noticed that it didn't have TFN tags on it. Then I noticed that Zappos sent a North Face Jacket that had been used, with dog fur on it and a Whoopers Halloween wrapper in the pocket. Ergo, the low rating :(

The laundry tag should be there to ensure proper maintenance of the garment. I followed the instructions exactly and this jacket shrank approximately 2 whole sizes. This purchase was a complete waste of money. I am fond of the North Face but this was utterly disappointing.

Very unhappy the product received was not as depicted on line. Especially since it was a gift.

I order this jacket in the two tone Shady Blue Heather - Black Yoke, Blue body. When the jacket arrived, it was one color, what I'd guess is Urban Navy Heather, although mine looks much lighter than the posted image for that choice. I then discovered that trying to call was a bad idea - I get it, a few days before Thanksgiving and Bad Friday, so... I tried email next, only to find that the email link took you to options to call or text - no email address. So I texted. Two days later, I got a response - I was told, and I quote, 'we are very sorry, but that is how the item should look. We are working on getting the picture on the website updated.' So, first and foremost, you knowingly sold me a color scheme you didn't have, and then backed it up with truly abysmal customer service. I've bought TNF for decades, believing you to be an upright company. I stand corrected.

Bought this and I was very dissapointed in the product. I feel that the past season sweater was way better than this. The product is not thick enough for a weather of 60 degrees. Last year they had the same sweater and it was so warm to wear and didn't make me feel cold. Past season was thicker and the north face logo is stitch on which makes it look better.
