I love the jacket BUT I've wore it 3 times and it ripped so easily.

I am returning the Canyonlands Full Zip Black. I have and very much like this same jacket in another color. The problem with the black one is the zipper which is very stiff and does not lie flat. It's as though it's too heavy for the weight of the jacket. It pulls the jacket away from the body.

Unless you want the fleece on your jacket on the INSIDE - and you cannot move your arms - pass on this jacket. Very cute style, however, it just doesn't fit well with the fleece interior. The color is very dark and just blah.

Very cheaply made. I would expect more from this brand. Overpriced for the quality.

The material is so thin, I could have bought one from a box store for a 1/4 if the pice.

I ordered this in my usual size Medium & had to return it. The arms were tight, uncomfortable, & not easy to move around in. Since I wanted this for walking the dog, casual days, etc. I knew it was not for me. Part of wearing comfortable clothes should mean it's comfortable all over. This was my first North Face purchase for myself so I wasn't sure what to expect with sizing. I love the style overall, just wish it fit better.

This jacket is not flattering at all. It runs small. The material seems cheap compared to all other items I've had from. I am not impressed and would return this had I not torn off the tag.

Didn't fit, the material is not comfortable and sleeves were too long. I returned the item.

I would prefer my money back or a new jacket because this one is falling apart.

I received the item beginning of Oct 2021. Used it 2-3 times and it was great as a quick go-to, but on the 1st wash it looks like I've had it for years. Lots of piling and just very worn-out looking. I've never worn it outside either. Don't know what happened but very disappointed.

It's a shame because the vest was fitting really nicely and everything was great except this orange colour that looked like nothing like the red pictured...
