The order arrived timely. I accidentally ordered wrong size pant. I processed exchanged and the item was processed same day I dropped return at Fedex.

Purchase product good. Customer support horrible. Chat services kept disconnecting and live person was rude and disrespectful.

I love this hoodie, it is very well made and looks great on. I ordered a size smaller than my usual size as suggested on the description of the item and this was great advice (I'm usually a large so I ordered a medium) and it fits me perfectly. I'll probably buy this hoodie again in different colours.

I know technically this is a sweatshirt but I use it as a jacket, anyway nice feel very warm wish I had purchased this in the other colors available

So warm and cozy. Hard to take off. Seems a little long but still fits well.
