I was so excited to finally purchase these shoes. I went on a 5 mile walk and by the time I got home my feet where on fire, I feel like there is no cushion in these shoes, I also ended up with a blister on my ankle... I’m really hoping they just need to be broken in.... I am disappointed

The On Cloudstratus: What a unique and great shoe! The customized shoe laces is amazing! Have never seen this designed into a shoe but certainly helps to achieve a more perfect fit! I opted for a more narrow fit with the shoe laces yet left the front wider for ample toe splay. Nice secure fit in the heel as my heel is more narrow. And it was good to feel an actual arch supporting my feet too! Like the style of the shoe. Simple, basic yet detailed upon close look. Felt like I had a shoe on my foot yet was lightweight. This shoe checks off a lot of boxes!

Although this is billed as a running shoe (I bought to wear to work), the shoe weight is heavy. But overall comfortable.. not my most comfortable pair, but maybe in the top 5 (I have a large quantity - >100, pairs of shoes).

These are decent shoes... my third pair of ON shoes. They are more of a cross trainer, I got them for jogging, but had to exchange for another style. I wear a 9.5 in ON and these feel a bit clunky... a 9 was too small.

I really wanted to love these. Info said they were true to size but I ordered two pair. One in my regular size and one 1/2 size larger. I would definitely recommend sizing up. But sadly they both will be returned as they felt very very hard in the heel area. Back to the drawing board I guess. ????

THe picture is different in the front view of actual shoe . It’s rounded off not pointed.

Super cute shoes but not enough support for walking.

Hard to adjust the shoe laces to comfort. The back heel it high and rigid. Does not allow to easily slip into the shoe and rubs on your heel when you run. The end of the shoe is very wide; not only did my toes slip around alot but it made me feel clumbsy in my running cadence.

Way too small

Very comfortable shoe initially. Wore down very quickly though (even with rotating between different shoes to spread the love)

Not enough cushion. It seems a bit stiff. The fit was true to size.

One shoe rubbed inside of my foot. Could not stand to walk in them.

The two things I love about these shoes are the lacing and the stability I feel when doing lunges at the gym. Other than that, there is NO cushioning (it’s like walking on concrete); I will never run in these shoes. I’m not sure why so many people like them-maybe from their Pre ious reputation? I wish I could return them.

I purchased almost every ON shoe in the hope something would work. I have no arches, narrow ankles, low volume feet but have a wide toespan. These shoes had zero support and I felt no cushioning. So disappointed. Still looking....Love Zappos service though. This is hands down, the best company on the planet.

This shoe fit fine but in no way was cushioned for me. I have very thin skinned feet and despite the reviews that said they were good cushion, I felt none of that.

These run very narrow. Selected them because the website indicated they work for wider feet, but I have tried 3 different On shoes and they all run narrow. The Cloudstratus seem to be harder sole and don't have the same comfort as the other styles.

This is my second pair of On Cloudstratus. I like how they fit and feel. But BOTH pairs I purchased squeak! With every step. With the first pair I thought it was a fluke, but when those wore out and I purchased my second pair and they began squeaking days out of the box, I knew it was not coincidence. SQUEAK, SQUEAK, SQUEAK...with each step. Very annoying. I won't be buying another pair.
