This is great for winter hiking. A little itchy only while wicking away sweat, but overall it's comfortable and does the job. #sweepstakes

I get overheated easily after exerting myself, so my goal was to find a garment that I could wear under my heavy weight down jacket. This shirt hit the bullseye- it is heavy weight enough to act as a lightweight sweater, but a shade less so then a sweater. It hits the "sweet spot". I love it.

My new baselayer for everything. I've worn it under my drysuite while diving, hiking, and ice fishing. Will be buying more in the future. I'll be buying more in the future.

My partner said this kept him the perfect temperature while hunting. Makes his birthday so much easier this year because now he's getting the matching pants too.

Used as a base layer on cold days & nights in New England.....my old Ibex base layer shirt literally disintegrated after many years of daily winter use so this new one by Smartwool is a key part of my winter clothing. Its well made, thoughtfully designed for heavy use areas (elbows)....I love it.

I wear this garment under my flannel shirt, during work, skiing and snowmobiling. It is very comfortable, fits snug, and helps keep me warm.

I have worn this trail running in 0 temps with a thin shell and it did the trick. Comfortable on skin and kept me warm while wicking sweat. Would love to see this in a 150 and 100 version for slightly warmer days.

I initially purchased the 150 Intraknit tops and bottoms and use it under a lighter set of undergarments when Scuba Diving in a Drysuit. As the water cools in the fall I wanted something just abit warmer and then purchased the Intraknit 200 tops and bottom set.. True to the advertisement it does wick away the sweat while diving and transfers it to the undergarment....but an added benefit is that when it is wet, it still keeps me warm. I am going to purchase the 250 Merino wool set as well!! Great Product!!!!

First of all, i was skeptical because of how thin this was. Went snowboarding with this and my Obermyer jacket on. Did not wear a mid layer and let me tell you, it was 3 degrees Fahrenheit outside plus windchill at the top and i was warm as a Biscuit! Completely impressed by how well i could move in this. I guess the thinness did not matter either because like i said earlier, i was super warm. The shirt also did not soak up a ton of sweat, which was nice. Definitely would recommend this product to a friend, 5 stars from me!

Seemed to tight at first and I was wondering if it was as thick as my previous smart wool from 5 years back when I received for Christmas. Since I have been wearing it it's gotten better. But I was surprised at the different fit from the Hennly smart wool I recently purchased. It does seem a little thinner to me but I love the product!

I use the 200 crew as a base layer. I run hot, so the 200 is a great middle weight between the 150 and the 250. For colder hikes and backpacking trips, The 200 is great for keeping me warm on the hike and I the hammock all night.

I wore this on a recent ski trip that ranged from warm, spring-like days to true winter cold with wind and storms. The temperature regulation was outstanding across the full spectrum. It breathed well during higher-output (including backcountry) skiing and never felt clammy, yet still provided enough warmth on cold lift rides and stormy days. The fit is athletic without being restrictive, and mobility was excellent under a shell and midlayers. It layers cleanly and never felt bulky. For a single base layer to perform this well in both warm and cold conditions is impressive. I couldn't have asked for more versatility or comfort from one piece.

The elbows don't line up well. As for the bottoms...the knees line up well, but the tops...the elbows do not. Seems kinda strange. Also, the Small fit pretty snug and I'm a small in all other brands. I'd maybe size up to a medium.
