I absolutely LOVE this base layer. I have had a couple of older Smartwool base layers but decided to get two more this year. These are my GO TO for the winters here in Colorado. Very versatile because I can wear them to dinners as well as use them when I ski. They fit great and look smart. Great product!

Great for ski base layer and then lounging in the house. Stays dry, doesn't itch and looks great!!! My Hubby who is hard to buy for, loved his warm Christmas gift.

As a base layer in cold environments

I just purchased this product. And I've only worn it once, skiing in cold weather at high elevation in Colorado. And the product delivered. I was warm. I also had a good middle insulation layer on, and a good exterior hard-shell on. So, the base layer became part of an overall layering system. Regardless, it delivered. I'm pleased.

This style is so comfortable; it should be a must-have in everyone's wardrobe. The details are incredible, the fit is precise, and it looks plush and sharp. Highly recommend!

From PJs to trail layers, smartwool is keeping me warm in the backcountry.

All that I would add(and it's just personal preference) is thumb holes.

This is my new favorite base layer/sweater. I have been using it more as a lite sweater than a base layer. It is the perfect weight for those 40-60 degree days...and cold meeting rooms. Looks good and is quite functional as a sweater or a base layer. It would be awesome to win the #sweepstakes so I could by another one for my wife!

This is the best Smartwool item I have ever purchased. It is a warm and heaver than most base layers from Smartwool which is just what I wanted. Perfect to wear around a cool house.

Bought these for my ski trip to Canada! Excellent protection from the cold and a very comfortable fit! Wore them multiple days and they did not get odiferous!

This is an amazing layer to put over your base layer. It's great both on the slopes under your shell or just to stay comfy around the house on a cold morning. I highly suggest this garment if you're in the market!

Well made, very nice on a cold ski day

Smartwool Base Layers are my go to choice everyday. Love this Intraknit fit, styling, and color.

This top is my go to cold weather base layer. 5 degree ski day - no problem, perfectly regulated my temperature. Comfy and well made. Zipper is a bit stiff but will probably loosen up.

The warmest best fitting underlayer top I have ever owned! Only wish the cuff was thicker or it had thumbholes.

Bought this and the 250 weight base layer crew, one thing I noticed that wasn't immediately obvious on the product page is the added length to keep the garment tucked. The taller collar will also be appreciated on particularly bitter days

This is comfortable, warm, and stylish! I love that it's 100% wool, and it looks good enough to wear as a business-casual pullover. Two drawbacks: 1. it's not durable at all -- I'm being extremely careful not to catch the fabric in zippers or snag it on anything because it will tear. 2. the collar doesn't like to stay down. This is fine, but I'd prefer to be able to fold the collar when the zip is undone.

Use product for alpine skiing. It worked well. It was designed very well. For the price it better be top notch, and it is. I really wish that the inventory tracking system worked as well as the garment, that way the bottoms that I ordered would have arrived and I would have had full body coverage. Now I have this very expensive top with no matching bottoms. Lame!

I like the features of this item but it appears to be a little flimsy in terms of its feel and durability.
