I wear an orthotic insert and this shoe has enough room to fit comfortabl and gives me great support.

The shoes arrived before the scheduled date. They were exactly what I was wanting -- shoes with a leather (not mesh) or at least a leather-like feel and look, and with a bit of tread to help on the days when the ice hasn't been cleared completely from the streets and sidewalks. And they fit perfectly!

This is the new version of a Brooks she I have purchased several times. I am very satisfied with the fit and feel of the new design.

Am so glad I can get these shoes in my size, 10.5 narrow! Have worn them for years and years of walking a dog twice a day. They wear *extremely* well, so much so that before they wear out, they 'stretch' out since they are leather, causing my foot to slide while walking. Good quality shoe which is well worth the cost.

Size up!! The shoes are cute and comfortable, but I needed at least a full size bigger, if not a size and a half. Just be aware of that, but otherwise they are really nice.

Bought these for winter. They are great with my orthotics and I look forward to wearing them!

They felt perfect. Can totally understand why some basketball players insist upon a new pair of shoes each game! I ordered this pair exactly two months after my previous pair (due to the fact that some people don't like you to wear shoes in their home due to hardwood floors/ winter/ snow/ dirt, etc. This way I can have an indoor and outdoor pair of shoes and still wear a pair of shoes as per Doctor's orders and hopefully satisfy the homeowner's.) These shoes felt great!! Wish I could order a new pair every week - they felt that good!!!

This is my tried and true shoe. If you are a walker you. can't go wrong with this shoe. This shoe offers extremely good stability. I have been wearing this shoe for years and have never been disappointed in the fit, wear or comfort. I wont wear anything else.

I am enjoying wearing my new addiction walkers. They're a bit heavier than the tennies I've been wearing which were also Brooks. But they are as supportive as them. Because they are leather on top they are more resilient. I was making a hole in my tops with my big toe with the others. They are a bit stiffer, but I've been wearing them non-stop in comfort. I did buy 1/2 size larger as recommended.

I've been buying the same shoe for years now. My first pair was fitted, in a sports store, but once I had that info I've continued to order from Zappos, mostly for convenience. These are the only shoes that really protect my knees and hips from both pain and damage because they are so sturdy and solid.

The overall size and fit is excellent! I gave a 5 star most of all because I was able to finally find a NARROW fitting shoe. For so.e reason this world feels there are no Narrow feet out here. Thank goodness the shoe does not flop off and on my feet. When I walk in it it gives me great pride and comfort. Not having to try and put something in the shoe to try and keep it on. NARROW feet people do exist. BRAVO BROOKS SHOES AND ZAPPOS!!!!????????

I already submitted a review, but here goes again. I have been ordering Brooks Walkers for years because they are the best for accommodating orthotics. I don't love the clunky look of the shores, but they provide sufficient suppot.

I buy this particular brand at least twice a year in white & black, same style & material. They accommodate my orthotics & provide the support I require for glad feet. They are great for all these requirements.

After all the sneakers I've ordered and returned, ( Thank you Zappos), I keep coming back to Brooks Addiction Walker. There is no break in period. Comfortable from the beginning. Room enough for my own orthotic. Less back and knee pain. I will have to buy more, before they change them.

I typically buy a 9 medium however I need a 9 wide for the Brooks Addiction Walker.

I was used to the old Addiction walkers and had to go up a size for these new ones. I used to wear the 9W, but with the 9.5, wide was too big. So I am cautiously testing the 9.5 M at. home on the treadmill, to see if they will be ok. The length is fine, it is the width that worries me a bit. These look to be as well made as the previous iterations. Perhaps the removable insole is thinner.

Need these shoes for my orthotics but they look like old lady shoes

the Brooks addiction is extremely comfortable. I needed to size up a half size in the older version of this shoe but this one feels roomier to me in the toe area so I didn’t need to. The shoe gives great support.

Just what I was looking for -- all white -- no stripes or frills.
