I wear these shoes bc I have foot problems, but the earlier design was a lot better. The new design really hurts the bone on the outer side of my foot. The problem is bad, and I wish I could have the old Brooks back.

Your company keeps dropping various styles that work well for me. I am assuming that you no longer want to sell walking shoes. The last pair I ordered I returned since they were hideous, much whiter than shown on your website. This was the first pair I have ever returned. It seems I will have to buy from your competitors in the future. It is a shame when a manufacturer doesn't know it has good products.

I loved my Addiction 1 walking shoe so much, I became addicted to walking. I was walking 8 to 10 miles per day for Six months before they completely wore out. I was walking 5+ miles intentionally per workday as a personal goal. They were beyond comfortable with a soft leather upper and a firm spongy sole. I never felt anything under foot, gravel or nuts and bolts. I had to have them again. Of course I would assume Addiction 2 walkers would only be better with vast quality improvements. WRONG!!!! Addiction 2 is totally opposite of Addiction 1, hard upper, firm, not spongy at all, sole. I feel everything I walk over. They remind me of my Red Wing safety shoe (made in china). They have a food service work sole which might be fine in a restaurant, but not in a factory. I highly recommend NOT using them in any snow or icy conditions or any shoe of this type (Addiction 1 included)!!! They are as different as night and day. I would not recommend Addiction 2 for walk or work. Bring back Addiction 1 and their quality problems, those I highly recommend ??????????

Very flat to walk in. Need more support than these can give.

STOP your subtle changes to a product that sells well. All you usually do is make it worst!. The older version fit much better and was way more comfortable

what used to fit like a glove,(the only sneaker that fit so well) no longer does since your revamping it to #2. You could have changed many parts of the shoe, why did you mess with the fit. It couldn't be due to a lack of sales because every time I bought them I had to wait a month at least for it. Put the toe back the way it was.

The Addiction 2 is garbage compared to the original. I've worn the original for 10 years in my office 5 days a week, plus in the gym. The 2 is too tight, lacks stability and the leather is ugly and cheap. At least offer both shoes. I've ordered it in 3 sizes so that I can find a good fit, but all pale in comparison.

Well, you have done it again. Completely messed a great shoe. They don't fit like the old ones and the plastic whatever material is silly. Don't bother with the "We're sorry" routine. You made your extra five cents per pair and you lost us. John

I have had countless numbers of the original Addiction walkers. The only shoe I could wear without pain.
The addiction 2 hurts my feet all day. Not the same shoe. Bring back the original or is there something else close to the original walker.

Brooks shoes quality changed...I worn Brooks glycerine for 2 years and was great! This time I got this Addiction walker 2 since I wanted the maximum comfort during when I work. I got it this on Jackrabbit early August so its been less than a month. However, shoes toe rubber part is already falling apart..Also i wanted say that I don't know why they do not provide what material they use...

Not as comfy as the running shoes and was not what I expected. If I would have been able to try these on somewhere before purchase, I never would have bought them. Been having feet issues for some time now and was hoping these helped, but nope, didn't happen. The walkers are not as cushiony as the runners and not what I needed. Not the companies fault, but I surely regret this purchase.

I felt the shoe was too tight in the toe area. I should have tried to exchange it for another width or size but I got the shoe size I normally wear and just didn't want to keep sending back shoes. Most of the stores that sell Brooks have so few shoes to sell and only the ones that are most popular.

Please bring back the previous Addiction Walker but with the cushioning inside this shoe. I always wore the old style in women's 8W everywhere! Size 8 is too short and 8.5 is too long. Now I find it impossible to purchase the size/width that works for me. Is there a trick to it?

This is the only shoe I've worn for 25 years, this new design is not as comfortable as my previous ones. If you are going to cut the quality don't raise the price. Very disappointed!

I preferred the addiction runner. Lighter and more flexible with wider sole.

My Rt. Shoe Rt. Side ankle seam had a lump which irritated my outside ankle. Had to purchase insoles to keep from rubbing my ankle raw.

These feel like quality shoes but they are too tight. I've worn Brooks before in this size so I guessing it's probably the style.
