It's crazy because I own so many pairs of Brooks, and I love them, but this model is really uncomfortable. I am sad I didn't return them because I have never worn them and they were expensive.

Comfortable shoes and fit well

These shoes are exactly what I had been looking for. Wearing the Addiction Walkers regularly has done a lot to correct my posture and help my skeletal alignment, resulting in much reduced pain in my knees. The support they provide is just incredible, a life saver for me. It's fair to note that I did try these on one of my morning fast walks. For that application I found the support to be somewhat of a hinderance. Not to worry, the Adrenaline shoes that I had and have been wearing still fit the bill for my morning walks. The 2 different styles of shoes seem to compliment each other, and I'll continue to wear both regularly for the respective applications.

The shoe is well-made and feels durable, with good overall quality. However, it's a bit on the heavier side, and the sole is quite hard. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis or need extra cushioning and support, this might not be the best choice for you.

Good shoe. I wear these for general casual wear, walking in cities, travel. Length may run short -- I bought size 12 New Balance, those fit, bought Brooks size 12, had to return them for a 12.5 replacement.

so tight even though I ordered the size my podiatrist told me to order. I can't even get them on. Never recommending or buying ever again.

Consistent quality. Great fit and wear is way above average. Been buying Brooks since 2005.

Right from the start, they felt so good a smile came to my face immediately! So comfortable! I've worn them now several times to physical therapy and have walked a little in them. I'm going to PT to walk again. So good looking too! I'll definitely be back to buy another pair. They have become my favorite!

I wear size 4w... the strap on the sneakers is too short and I can't tie it.

The 4E feels like a 2E and crushed my toes. This is the first time such a thing has happened to me, so I wonder whether the shoe was mislabeled at the factory, since I own other 4E width Brooks and other manufacturers' 4E shoes that fit perfectly.

I looked to Brooks as it was one of the brands recommended by my podiatrist to help with the foot pain I was experiencing. My Addiction Walker 2 shoes are definitely constructed to last. I am still breaking them in but so far the comfort is exceptional and the support is excellent. I have a rather protrusive heel bone so lining at the back of the shoe wears through quickly in most shoes. That area is reinforced on the Addiction Walker 2 so I am anxious to see how long it holds up. I usually wear a 9 with a wide width shoe but feel like maybe I should have gone with a 9 1/2 on this shoe.

Bought them for walking on the treadmill. They were comfortable from the start.

Best shoe for working and anti slip is the best

This is a comfortable, well-built walking shoe with the rare advantage of coming in a B width. Having a narrow foot, I have had to put up with D width shoes for years, so having the proper size is great. My only criticism is that the finish is very shiny (my wife calls them my "dress shoes").
