I have been wearing Brooks abduction shoes for several years. Lost track of how many.
I have flat feet and pronation and they are the only shoes that I can wear without pain. Love how they fit and the quality.

The Addiction Walker 2 is an improvement over the earlier version with better traction and better feel. I have bunions, an ingrown toe and have a bone spur on my heel. I have tried several other walking shoes and after two or three days of walking, one of those afflictions let’s me know it is around. I can walk with the Brooks mile after mile without pain. They aren’t the softest but support your feet better than others I have tried. I usually walk four or five miles a day in them on concrete. They are a little more expensive but worth it.

The fit was a little big. The quality of the shoes was good. I had on two pairs of socks (normal for me because of neurothopy) and the bottom of my feet ached terribly. There is nothing wrong with the shoe; I'm just a senstive foot guy. I returned them. Tested them in my house for two days. Zappos is the best.
I'd also recommend:
I only wear Brooks.

I work for the USPS as a overnight clerk, I average 12 miles a night. This has been the only shoe that gives me the comfort level where my feet don't HURT at the end of the night. Great Job!!

Great walking shoe for my plantar fasciitis. I walk between 160 and 220 miles a month. No pain with the shoe. I tried the other shoes even from Brooks but the running shoes don't work for me they give me pain

Husband really likes the comfort and fit of these shoes. He has a very wide foot and these are great. They also hold up really well. This is his third pair.

This is or my husband who has worn this style that was recommended by the store that his orthopedic surgeon sent him to aft a severe break of his foot. He has stuck with it as it feels good on his foot all day long.
