Shoe was returned as right shoe sole did not fit properly in either pair of the two pair that I order

To be honest I am disappointed in the quality of the shoe. I have been wearing addiction walkers for the better part of 20 years and always found them to be of superior quality. I ordered my most recent pair only to find out that a size 12 no longer fit me. I'm 72 yrs. old so I know my feet haven't grown. I spoke to one of your staff and he recognized that it has become necessary to order everything a half size larger. Quality control? or vendors skimping on material? I have reordered and the fit is now OK. However, whatever material you have used inside causes a squeak where the tongue contacts the inside of the shoe just below the laces when walking. This can be duplicated by just using your hand to move the tongue around. I am not trying to be a cranky old man but I hate to see a quality product from a highly reputable company become tarnished.

Being overweight is hard. Finding shoes that are comfortable is harder. These shoes fit well and are comfortable.

These would have been 5-star if they did not squeak with every step I take. I work in a quieter environment, and I'm the only one in the area who squeaks with every step. Otherwise they're wonderful in every way.

All my life I had problems finding shoes in my odd size which no other company had. Ever since I discovered Brooks, my feet have been happy. I don't wear any other shoe now. I love Brooks.

I was excited to get them, I only wear Brooks, but when I got them they look great, but run small. I always get a 13 in my sneakers, thye would of been a 14 and that would of been to big so I exchanged them for another Brooks.

Not sure if they fit or it's just break in period. I just returned a pair of NB that didn't fit and some other 5e shoes that felt like cardboard. Used indoors only on a Treadmill and inside the house. My beast 18 seemed to fit okay but I'm not sure. Having massive feet is a real challenge. I would like to get some kind of custom sizing or something. I haven't had good fitting shoes since I was a kid. I am a 15 4e. Probably actually a 5e width.

not true to size - too tight

great shoe great fit same sizing as other brands comfortable

The left shoe had a hole in 3 months. The right shoe in 12 months.

My husband has plantar fasciitis and needed a comfortable, light weight walking shoe he could use with his custom orthotics for work and everyday use. He says his Brook's Addiction Walker 2 shoes are the most comfortable shoes he has had and he intends to order a second pair.

Used as my primary walker for support needed. Have heel spurs and this is my go to shoe for comfort when up and about. Not an athlete- just casual walking

Very comfortable. No stress

It carries a little weight,but it's ok.Once adjusted,it's very good!
