Haven't had them long enough. Recently had knee replacement (No running yet) and have noticed a big difference in how I walk. I definitely recommend a walking shoe not a running shoe for me yet. This is a great shoe, very stable with the wide heel.

Difficult to size. I use a Birkenstock footbed, but even without it, found the 43EE way too tight, and settled on the 43EEEE which is comfortable but feels extra roomy at the front, because I couldn't imagine 42EEEE would be comfortable if 43EE is so tight. More precise sizing information would be helpful for mail order customers. In chats with Brooks folks not one mentioned Addictiin 14, a running & walking show specifically made to accommodate inserts, and which I particularly recommend for those who use orthotics et alia.

I purchased these for work. I am on my feet 10 - 12 hours a day and constantly moving. I also enter areas behind our bar and in the kitchen that are wet. These shoes provide excellent grip and never slide on wet tile or grip too hard on carpet. I absolutely love them. I initially bought some black Ghost 12 for work, but running shoes are not built for the stop and go and changing surfaces of the casino. Thank goodness I compete in half marathons so I didn't return the Ghosts. You cannot be disappointed with these!

I bought these for wearing to work where all day I'm standing, stepping, jumping on concrete. These are the best shoes in both fit and comfort in this hard impact environment.

This my second pair of Addiction Walkers. I have had surgery due to osteoarthritic joint repair with a permanent plate/screw in my right foot. These are my most comfortable shoes for daily activity outside of our home gym as well. I hope this model is never discontinued!

Delivery was lightning-quick! Length and width sized exactly as expected. Comfortable, yet stable. The black leather style looks better with jeans than a typical running shoe. Great for casual use, but with high-tech support and the ability to get a wider fit, you feel confident if you need to walk fast or run.

My old Addiction walkers were narrow-width, but outdoor running during the pandemic has widened my feet more than the shoe width. The new ones are quite a no-pun-intended step up. I've walked more than 30 miles, and have no issues due to the generous padding.
