Very sturdy supportive solid shoe especially the heel . I usually put 2-3 miles per day indoors feet feel great ! I have been wearing The mesh addiction walking shoe for several years now but changed to this one bc I liked the color and design . My only concern is the toe box is narrower and more snug fitting (not to the point of blisters and pain or even discomfort) just takes some getting used too . The way this shoe is made , I feel , will hold up better with day to day walking. I've also noticed ankles knees and hips all feel better after walking in these shoes and I recommend to all that ask .

Really nice shoe. Very happy . Brooks is the best brand for my feet and legs. My job demands long hours of walk and standing.

I've had addiction walker many times before usually in black as they only had brown, and black and white so when the blue suede model came out I had to have it as blue is my favorite color but more than that they look great and not the dull black that I usually buy.

These are the MOST comfortable walking shoes I have ever owned! I spend many hours walking and standing on a raised metal floor in a cleanroom. Running shoes don't work for me; but Brooks makes these amazing walkers too!

I work long hours on my feet. The addiction walkers are the most comfortable shoes I have found for long distance walking.

I'm flat footed with orthotics, this shoe is very comfortable and I can be on my feet all day.

My dad is extremely picky when it comes to sneakers, but since he was having knee pain, I had to ~step~ in. He said "they're alright," which is a remarkably glowing review. He usually wears 13, but I got him the 14 and it fits him pretty well. He's not a runner or walker, but he's on his feet all day at work.

My husband has been walking in them from day one in total comfort. They have also helped straighten his stance. He is very pleased with them as walking shoes.

I'm NOT a runner, but a walker. I'm a definite duck-foot, and these seem to help with some of the leg pain.
