A very nice upgrade to the traditional AW. I sold "a ton of these during the five years I worked in a runner's store. Never had a return. For me, the medial post continues to be to much for my 80 yr old feet. Still a great shoe.

Very well made shoe. I?ve been wearing Brooks for over 10 years now, and I?ve never been disappointed.

These are the best walking shoes I have worn. They are better than New Balance 411 walking shoe. I will keep buying Brooks shoes in the future.

Brooks is the only shoe I have worn for many years. I have many foot issues and wear custom orthotics. I buy a new pair every 6 months and was so happy when the sales gal showed me the new suede Addiction. I was so ready for a new look and can hardly wait for them to arrive. I am a 72 yr old lady who wears a mans size 12 D. They fit my foot better than a women's size 13. Men's sizes seem to have a bigger toe box.

I am an avid Brooks shoe consumer! These have been and continue to be my go to shoe for more than 30 years. However, the newer versions of the Ariel and the Beast are very disappointing. They have lost their support and more rigid feel. They now are too cushiony and sloppy feeling. That is why I purchased the Brooks Addiction Walker Suede in the men's and women's versions. Much closer to what I am used to.

Was looking for something that would relieve swelling and sore feet. A good walking shoe for an older guy like me. Provides proper support and comfort. I can wear them all day. Nice looking too.

I love these shoes, they give me tons of support and are good walking shoes. I find myself going to them often for my every day shoes. I do wish they had better color selection but because of the comfort I still have to give them a 5 star.

I've tried ALOT of walking shoes! I'm a big man around 275 and these are by far my favorite. What else can I say, for me, these are the most comfortable on long walks or every day. I have also tried Hoku as well as many others but I keep going back to Brooks Addiction. They have lightweight walking shoes as well as nice looking casual shoes that go good with jeans. Love them.

Gave as a present to my husband for Christmas, he already had another pair he loved, so I figured these he would also like. A lot of shoes cause him pain after wearing a short while, these he can wear all day no problems.
