I'm reviewing these after having 2 pairs in the last 5 years. The first pair started to leak within a year so Arc'teryx replaced them free of charge. The second pair started leaking a little more than a year later, and I've just put up with it rather than shell out for new boots.
This is the 4th winter this pair has been through and for all intents and purposes they've fallen apart. Huge cracks in both sides of the toe area, multiple lace loops have broken so the laces are barely going through any loops. Just looking at a patch of wet grass will soak your socks through wearing these. Daily dog walks killed them in no time. Can anyone recommend a different brand of vegan walking boots worth buying?

Do NOT buy these boots. While they look sleek and are very light, in practice, they lose their waterproof qualities super quickly. And I mean: your socks will be totally wet. Thankfully I wear a lot of wool socks! The laces shredded after a few months. For the price, I would have expected years of quality and sustained use (which is what I've experienced with other brands). I tried to return or exchange the boots but it'd been longer than a year, so I had no luck with the service department. That was about how long they lasted with any sort of water resistance. Buyer beware.

I can't add photo documentation because the defect in my pair of shoes is not visible. I bought shoes in one of the stores in Poland in October 2022. Size, cut, color, design everything seemed to be perfect until the first walk.
Feet in these shoes are so sore as if they were put in a vice. Regardless of loosening the binding. After an hour, the pain subsides slightly, but these are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn.
In addition to all this, there is very poor grip of the sole on wet surfaces, which makes the shoes practically useless in the autumn and winter season, they are as slippery as ice skates, which is very dangerous on mountain trails.
Unfortunately, the seller did not take into account my complaint, informing that the shoes do not have a manufacturing defect, discomfort is a subjective feeling and the shoes are suitable for further use.
I'm disappointed because I won't be able to walk in them even around my place of residence, let alone on 30-kilometre trips in the mountains, so they will end up in the closet, and they weren't cheap.

I have recently bought these boots after a strong recommendation for my husband who has the men's version and said that his were like walking in slippers. Well mine were far from slippers more like instruments of torture. The pain in my feet whilst and post wearing these was so bad i was near to tears. Before you ask is the sizing correct? Yes it is. These boots are agony and I now have boots I can not wear and have wasted a lot of money. So upset

Arcteryx replaced my borabora boots with these and I couldn't be more disappointed. My feet were wet on the first day so I sent them back for testing. After 3 months, the same leaky pair was returned to me. More recently, the laces have simply disintegrated in my hands.

I replaced my Bora boots with the new Acrux and found the grip to be far superior on rocky terrain, unfortunately the construction is poor quality and have split on the creasing, it would be amazing if the bora boot could be remodelled with the new sole of the Acrux, this would make a super boot which would rival most other competitors, I miss my Bora boots and find myself trailing the internet looking for a replacement.
