The shoes feel great. I work in a factory and walk 15-20 miles a day on concrete in cold temps. Only complaint is the bottoms wore out after 3 months. Is it quality of materials, or i just walk a lot at my job?

I wear a 9.5 dress shoe. First, I got a pair of 9's and they were absurdly big. Then I got a pair of 8's and they were still so big that the heel slipped off every step I took. Now I have to place a third order for 7's (the smallest available size).

I tried all sorts of slip-on steel toed mens shoes - these were the only ones that I could both get on, and felt comfortable once on. All the rest were quite tight around the ankle. Not sure if this particular shoe uses a different last, but if anyone else has a problem finding slip-on safety shoes that fit comfortably, give these a try!

I work 14 hours a day 7 days a week, these shoes fit perfect right out of the box. Very comfortable.

Really? Steel toe safety shoes? C'mon, no way. These Merrells (my first of the brand) feel like slippers more so than safety shoes. Seem to run about half-size big, at least to my feet, but they are extremely comfortable. Will definitely buy again.

My husband needed a pair of steel toes and I sent him a few from Zappos to look at. He got back to me with this pair. So we ordered them in his normal 10.5, but had to exchange them because they ran a bit big. But he loves the slip on factor and comfort of these steel toes.

This is my first pair of Merrell's safety shoes, but I've owned many pairs of their regular casual pull-ons. The safety shoes for some reason feel like they are a half to full size larger than their normal shoes. As for construction they look to be well put together.

Wore the soles off my last pair of Merrels. 1st day in this pair today with zero break in time nor discomfort. Felt suprisingly good for day 1.

Looks great and seems to be a solid design that hopefully will stand up to regular work use. The toe is sturdy and the slip on aspect saves me lots of time over the lifetime of the shoes.

Merrells are a great brand and hoping the withstand st least a years worth of use, then it’s onto retirement for the second time.

At long last I have found work shoes that fit well, are comfortable, and durable. This shoe has checked every box.

The size is a little big but ok with the steel toe. The sole of the shoe does not have much grip on harder surfaces.

Thought they were regular shoes- but they're steel toed. That's OK- I need the work out. Good work shoes

Was unaware they were steel toed. I've been retired for 12 years- so the extra weight will help my muscles

This is a suede shoe with steel toes. It weighs a lot so it isn’t all that great as a casual shoe and it’s suede so it’s not that great as a work shoe. Nothing terribly wrong with the shoe but I’d rather just get a good work shoe or a good casual shoe.

The shoes are excellent. Nice style but I am usually a 10 but exchanged them for a 9.5

If you are a wide foot, this is not the shoe for you. This was very uncomfortable and caused blisters due to the stiff toe being inflexible. The toe is not wide enough for a wide foot.

According to my husband, the sole was very hard. They were not comfortable to walk in at all because it was like walking on a hard surface.

The shoes arrived with a problem, the left shoes has a defect inside, the material that cover the steel is loose in one side and it is really uncomfortable to use the shoes with this defect.
