I am not a runner; however, I do walk a lot and I wear sneakers a lot. These shoes fit my wide feet and square toes beautifully, there was plenty of room in the front. In addition there is plenty of cushion to keep you on your feet longer without the hip and lower back pain. I hope they never stop making these.

These are the only sneakers that I can wear with my orthotics all day, every day, and be very comfortable. I have tried many other brands and until I found these I was miserable. In fact some are still in my closet, mostly new but I can?t wear them. I hope the Brooks brand that I?m wearing will be around for a long time as that is the only one I want.

They are very comfortable to walk in.

I am a walker. I have arthritis in my knees as well as foot issues. My daughter helped me find my first pair of Brooks shoes. Addictions were the only shoes in the store that were narrow. They provide support, comfort, and wear well. I have never found another style in narrow so I have continued to buy them. I do wish that narrows came in more colors.

Wow! I've recently been struggling with my feet since I got a new job that requires me to stand/walk around all day. I have flat feet and struggle with Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. My feet were KILLING me with the shoes I wore before this, I'd come home from work limping every day and barely able to put weight on my feet. I was relying on painkillers just so I could walk around the house after work. It was seriously bad. I got these because some others at my job have brooks, and I've also heard from some nurses that their Brooks shoes are great for long days on your feet. Since I began wearing these shoes I've had less and less pain in my feet every day, and I'm even able to go to the gym after work!! I'm so grateful to have found these shoes!! No exaggeration, this is the best improvement I could have asked for.

I'm not a runner, but a nurse . These shoes are perfect, most comfortable. I work 12 hour shifts, needed wider shoes , wore them 12 hours first day with no problem. My legs were achy, but no longer, thank you!!!

Some shoes you can bend and flex at the toe part, but this style you can't and it's just What I need! No more metatarsal pain when walking ! Thank you and my feet thank you too!

I love these shoes! I love the fit, and the weight. that they are a light, flexible, comfortable shoe!

My Favorite Shoe for walking, everyday, all day use. Great arch support, with wonderful stability when walking on uneven asphalt or ground. The only thing I would change would be to add some fun colors or designs to the shoe! We can all use a little fun in our lives!

At first I felt these shoes were too heavy, but as I've broken them in, I don't notice their weight anymore. They provide great cushioning and fit well. I'd recommend them for anyone who typically experiences pain from flat feet. They are true to their size and look nice.

hands down the most comfortable shoes that I have worn right out of the box. I have the tendency to roll my foot when I walk which has caused a great deal of issues with my achilles and knees. It felt great to walk straight and i am looking forward to less knee pain.

I just finished my first run in my new Addiction 14s. I had recently developed a shin splint after YEARS of running in Adrenalines. My local running store recommended I try the Addiction- I overpronate when running and my right leg turns slightly inward from my hip (just born that way)- so I have some issues! I was worried this would be too heavy a running shoe and that it would be too stiff. It is not noticeably heavier than my already kinda heavy Adrenalines, and my first run in my new Addictions was amazing- supported, cushioned, not at all stiff. And I was pain free! So excited to have found this shoe.
