My last pair of ghosts were bought in 2010. To say the least these were a much needed upgrade. These shoes are very comfortable. I typically wear a 9.5 but the 10's Seem to fit better.

This shoe has excellent arch support! I'm a heavy set male and my feet ache often. Normally I wear Adidas and/or Nike Air, but gave Brooks a shot. It was a very pleasurable change. I'm impressed by the contoured design and overall quality of the shoe (material and stitching, as well as seams) but even more impressed by the comfort. I found myself changing shoes a couple times of day due to soreness in my feet prior to purchasing my new Brooks. Now I can go all day with my Brooks! Great shoe! Highly recommend! Especially for people that may suffer from plantar fasciitis. Try these!

Used for casual use. Really enjoyed the two weeks I wore them. I sent them back because the right front shoe came defective.

I bought these for a winter shoe and the gore tex/waterproofing does help in that area. An actual insulated ghost/adrenaline would be great.

It is very difficult to find shoes like these. Perfect in every way for a large individual. I am six and a half and hover around two hundred. Been competing all my life and recently have switched to running on varying terrain for 8 plus miles rather than flat. These shoes house my size 15 feet amazingly! They run through dirt, pavement, sand, water smoothly and most important of all I feel no foot or joint pain after my run. Simply outstanding. As I said, this combination of excellent service in a running show is very hard to find in my size. Please never stop making them. I need to buy a backup pair now...THANK YOU

Outstanding so far. They took everything I liked about the previous model and improved upon it.

Third purchase of a Brooks Ghost shoe.
I run through the Upstate NY winters on them.
Best winter shoe ever. 65 /. 6'2" / 200 lbs. runner. Stable and shock absorbent. I am able to train (20 miles a week) with minimal soreness. I buy new at 350 miles. But wear the old ones to work!

I bought these as my new work shoes for a job where I work on my feet all day long (in a hospital). They are replacing a pair of Addictions that I wore at work for the last 5 years. They have been absolutely perfect for me so far. The cushioning and support hold up to long days (up to 16 hours) of being constantly on my feet. The goretex is an added bonus. No complains here.

Got these for the rain. I am used to The Beast so I was worried about running in these despite having excellent orthotics. They are great in runs in the rain under 10 miles.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and I judged the size by how my Ghost fit. He normally wears a 10 in sneakers but these ran about a half size short. The 10.5 worked well for him and he is very pleased with the overall fit and comfort of the shoe.

Great - but maybe I'm picking up the mileage too fast, my left middle toe is developing a large callus that I didn't get from the Ghost 11's same size.

Love the GTX shoe in cold and foul weather here in the Northeast. I've been wearing the GTX for years, but did notice this model is a really big improvement, much more comfortable, not on the stiff side as the older models were. Excellent design.

waterproof has worked good so far and they don't seem to be a lot hotter or make my feet sweat any worse than most typical shoes. The tread is good for road running and hard surfaces as it is a rubbery tread not like that of a trail running shoe which has a hard rubber tread. I love the looks of them. They are comfortable and feel good for running and being active but i do prefer my hoka bondi 5 for work where i am standing around more, they are more cushioned.

I really love this particular shoe model. After running in the Brooks Chariot , I found the Ghost to be a great replacement. I'm also happy to see this shoe (and the Cascadia) released in a less outlandish color scheme! Thanks Brooks

Soft landing yet firm and supportive. Getting into cold weather season (here in Minnesota), which for me means a few more runs on the treadmill. The new Gortex definitely feels much drier for my sweaty feet!

I got these to use this winter so I have only run in them twice at this point. They were very comfortable from the moment I put them on. Great support without being too stiff. They are also a lot lighter than I thought they would be. When I finished my run, my feet were warm, which I will really appreciate when the weather gets cold! The only negative is that they make noise. It's not that loud and I run with music so I didn't notice it that much.

Easy to put some serious miles in these shoes. The sole is like running on cushions. The shoes are light weight. My only gripe is that the right shoe is tight around the back of my ankle.

Bought the same size as I have in Revel, but Ghost runs smaller in width. If I bought a half size bigger they'd be too long. A little disappointed in that aspect. Otherwise very comfortable.

They have started a little stiffer than I would like. I feel as if they're loosing up though. Haven't had a chance to try them in wet situation as of yet.
