I love the bag however the tag was sewn upside down, I have left many messages, and placed orders but the lack of communication is a level 100 there is none

I have used this bag for 2 weeks now as my work bag, It is the perfect size not too big like a lot of messanger bags I have had in the past (I do not need to carry a computer) but it carries everything else with room to spare. . I love all the pockets and love that I can wipe it down in this pandemic we are in. I can fit an umbrela in one end and water bottle in the other. I have a Baggallini purse with lots of pockets and was so excited to find a bigger version for work.

I needed a bit more room than my previous Baggalini and this bag is perfect. You can never go wrong with any Baggalini - the quality is outstanding and it always looks great!

Great features for traveling. Especially love the short handles with the option of a cross body strap. Having the luggage sleeve on the back of the handbag that slips over the handle of your luggage gives you a free handle. Love it!!

This is my 2nd Convertible Backpack. The bag itself is so lightweight, I can fill it with as little or as much as I need and I'm not weighted down. It's so easy to adjust the shoulder strap to crossbody length. I love everything about this bag!

So far I'm loving it. The end pockets are big enough for a 20 Oz insulated tumbler and deep enough your keys won't fall out. I have yet to pack it full, and I carry a lot of stuff back and forth to work. Strap is long enough to use as a cross body. I have no complaints

I bought this 3-in-1 backpack with RFID wristlet a few months and it is my go-to tote. I can put my laptop and umbrella in it for work and know my ID is secure. I bought 5 more totes and backpacks as birthday gifts and Christmas presents this year!

I love this bag for everyday use, would definitely buy another one in different color .

I have several Baggallini bags but this is my favorite! Not a backpack person so easily removed that strap. I commute a long distance from home so I need a bag that can hold a lot. This has the best pockets on the outside for quick access to things I need quickly. Interior is very roomy and has more useful pockets. Love it!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter but I have two Baggallini's. I had given my daughter one in the past that was printed and she asked for a solid black one as she loves hers too. I've had mine for a couple years and it's still holding together. I love the zippered compartments and all the storage areas. Mine is a cross body version so my purse is secure yet my hands are free when shopping. I highly recommend these bags for practical use.

Love this bag. It has a pocket for everything. I can carry my keys separate from my cell phone, and I can designate a pocket for my work phone and one for my personal phone. While the bag can hold a lot, it is light to carry and feels sturdy.

I use this for travel, and it is ideal. Side pockets for water bottle and umbrella, zippered pockets for table and ereader. Everything I need is right where I need it. And when I have overnight travel, it's the only bag I need.
