I ordered 2 pairs to get the right fight. I did need the one a ½ size larger. Brooks was recommended by my PT as a very supportive sneaker. This sneaker provides little support. Disappointed!

Not as good as my last pair of brooks

The size was about right. The looks are average. There is not much arch support. I expected sturdier shoe, not heavy.

I ordered up a half size and it felt like a full size, will be returning.

Love these shoes but sadly they haven’t lasted as long as I was hoping. The protective plastic toe has broken in and the sole is coming apart. I don’t use these for running or anything that should have caused this much wear in less than a month. Super sad about this ?

Update: When these first arrived they seemed too small so I was going to return them. A few days later I received an email from Zappos with a 30 day guarantee. So I tried them on again and this time wore them outside, it made a world of difference. These are light weight and comfortable however if I put on a pair of asics there is noticeable difference in the lack of arch support comparing the two. I have worn these everyday for my 3.0 mile walk for under 45 days and the bottom soles are already wearing down. Due to the high cost I don’t wear these for anything other than that walk. I have sneakers half the price that are more than a few years old that are still more intact that take an all day beating. Disappointed in the quality- I would have thought the mesh would be the first to rip through like so many shoes are prone to.

Very wide, good stability in heel, but not enough cushioning on ball of foot. I am returning this style.

Fit is narrow with wide width. Could not wear.

The Adrenaline 20 is a looser fit and less supportive than previous models. The shoe slipped in the heel and the toe box too full. Adrenaline has been my favorite walking shoe for several years but I was disappointed with the 20.

The shoes felt really nice underfoot and the cushion was really nice. The color waves with the gray and the seafoam green were a miss for me.

I was replacing my adrenaline 19, which I loved. These are not nearly as comfortable. The toe box is slightly narrower. The back area by the heal is higher, which I found annoying. Sadly, they will be going back.

For some reason my toes in one foot went numb while I was walking in these. They were very comfortable initially but obviously not for me.

I''ve worn the Adrenaline model for about 7 years .It seems that in 2019 the fit began change. I thought I would try again, but it doesn't have the same fit/feel as it used to. Runners tell me this is not unusual- a shoe company will tweak things and then shoe is no longer the same. Returning them. Considering a Brooks Levitate 3 that has cushioning and also the energy springy feel. I also like a softer canvas than this feel.

Without my orthitics they fit,but I need my orthics.After trying several sizes of the shoe I am happy with the 10,wxtra wide.

The width of this running shoe is nice for a narrow foot. However, the top of the toe box at the tip, is too shallow. There was no room for my big toe to move up and down.

I ordered these in a size 8.5 , normal width which is what I wear normally in athletic shoes. These shoes felt so tight like they were squeezing my feet. I had to send them back and go up 1/2 size and get wide width . I have never in my life had to get a size 9 shoe and a wide width shoe. But that is what fits in this particular shoe and now it fits comfortable.

I love the shoe, I love the color! but as the pair before it a hole formed on the left shoe … on the left side by my big toe??? I see as others have had this issue as well?? Brooks should be taking note!! its upsetting to me as I love this line of shoe it really works for me, but this is the 2nd pair of the "20's" that this has happened to.. (I returned the first pair) (Thank you Zappos your amazing) did not return the 2nd pair HOWEVER I just ordered another pair as I go though shoes about every 3 to 4 months.. I am going to give it another shot at $130 a pair my fingers are crossed that this was just a fluke.. or I will return and look for another line of shoes until the Brooks comes out with the update.. the bummer is the 18's were OUTSTANDING! STAY TUNED my new pair comes today.

Shoes were great for about 2 days then they literally started to fall apart. Sending shoes back now for a refund

I loved the color on these and was reluctant to return them, but the toe box was tight and the insole created enough friction to make my toes hot and uncomfortable.

After having these shoes for only 2 months (walking almost daily, with a switched out/upgraded insole from day 1), I have to put them in the charity box. They have zero cushion in the front and I feel like I'm walking on concrete. Very disappointed because today I laced on my OLD Brooks and they felt so much better than these newer ones. ??????

I ordered my normal size and they felt too small and too narrow. Reordered a 1/2 size bigger and felt really good.

The shoe fit and was true to size. The shoe was comfortable and the style was good. However, it did not provide total support to the foot, they gave way and gaped on the side. This caused more soreness and strain in my knees. Per the brand, I selected a shoe for walking and flat feet. I needed more support all over, and to not give way, but support around the ankles.

Terrible sneaker, felt like I was running on a cinder blocks, color is hideous has a green sparkle, ran 2x 5 miles each time, both runs were horrible

Great looking shoe and I have always loved Brooks for their support but was very disappointed with this sneaker. Far too much cushioning and not enough midfoot stability
