I love these. So comfortable and supportive. Love the neutral color and style of these.

Admittedly, I fell in love with these shoes because of the unusual fabric pattern. Now I adore them because of the fit and feel. With my SuperFeet inserts, I would upgrade the arch support evaluation from moderate to excellent. I love these shoes!

The most comfortable shoe I have had in years. Wonderful for my plantar fasciitis. The increased stability with these shoes help with pronation. Just bought a 2nd pair.

I have purchased Brooks GTS 20 before. This time I bought shoes 1/2 size larger. Still has a good toe box which is very important to me. Great fit & very comfortable.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have very wide feet and the EE width fits well without being too wide in the heel. Great walking shoes, great support.

Fit and size was perfect. I am a shoe size 9N -- and was concerned because of other reviews. These fit me well. The toe box is generous. My last pair were from a different manufacturer and the top of the shoe pressed down on my toenail until it hurt. So, I decided to spring for a more expensive pair this time and was quite pleased. The grey color is very neutral so it looks good with all my workout clothes. I walked quite a few miles in these before I reviewed--just to make certain. Very happy with my purchase.

I’m glad the ‘20 model is a bit firmer then last years. My favorite was the ‘17’s, but this is a close second. The forefoot has a little more room then I like, but it is still doable.

Fit great. Super comfortable for someone with muscle spasticity with plenty of support to boot. Good style and color. Laces I actually don’t have to double knot.

Fit true to size. Good arch support for plantar fasciitis. I am on my feet 10 hours daily and these are great!

The GTS 20 runs about a half size larger than the GTS 19. My contact points to the ground also feel a little different. Both pairs boast a 12mm heel to toe differential but the GTS 20 feels like less. In the 19 I always felt like I was wearing a low heel. The 20 has improved that "forward pitching"sensation and I feel much more grounded in this shoe!

Arrived the next day, so happy with delivery, Zappos. Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 is awesomely comfortable right out of the box. I wear 8.5 Med and that's what I ordered - fits perfectly. Lots of good room in the toe box, the heel fits just right, seems to cup my heel in just the right way. I will use these for walking and running errands. I am not a runner or athlete of any kind; just a grandmother who needs cute, comfortable shoes.

I already have worn the Adrenaline GTS, so I knew this was a great athletic shoe for me. My only complaint was my own fault: For some reason, they put a little gray design in a spot on top of the shoes. Earlier on, the black color was simply all black. I would have preferred that. The piece of gray coloring, instead of blending nicely, is in a weird spot, and wish it weren't there. Still and all, I'll be wearing these a lot!!!

What can I say? I've worn Adrenaline GTS shoes for many years - after I finally recovered from a nasty bout with plantar fasciitis. I love them and continue to buy them year after year. Good support. I'm not a runner - these are just my daily shoes for my busy, retired lifestyle.

I finally found a comfy pair of walking shoes. I am a 6.5WW wiry very flat feet. I am buying a second pair for work!

I haven't owned Brooks Adrenalines before, so I can't compare to previous models. I will say that I often take a "C' width in a shoe because I have wide, flat feet with low arches (I pronate), my feet don't match (one foot toes in, the other has a bunion), and I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis in one foot. I initially was fitted for this model at running store and discovered that the "C" was too wide--it allowed too much slippage in the toe box for comfort. I tried a "B" width, which encases and immobilizes my foot just enough to give me wrap-around comfort. On the basis of wearing that pair for a couple of weeks, I ordered this second pair from Zappo's (different color) and am quite happy so far. The jury's out on how long they will last. I really like the color combinations that are offered for this model.

Fits perfect! Comfortable right out of the box! Not stiff at all like needing to be broke in!
