I have have bunions and narrow heels. I need to order size wide due to my bunions. I have recently had problems with NB shoes not supporting my narrow heels. The back of my feet slip out of the back of the shoes. Even when I tied them in different ways, my heels still slipped out. It is a very attractive shoe though. (Way too many black shoes right now, which I find ugly.) Asics Gel Kayano has thicker cushioning in the heel grip area; I will choose to go with this shoe in the future because my heel does not slip out of these shoes.

The shoes looked more white than mesh white with blue underneath. I thought I would keep them but changed my mind. Just didn't have a good fit.

I loved the color and they are SO light weight, but for the price, I preferred the less expensive foam NB so I ended up returning them.

The shoes fit very well. They have somewhat less padding than I was expecting.

These shoes are very nice and true to size but don't have a much cushioning and I like. I purchased two pairs of shoes, the other ones are the Brooks, Ghost 12 and they feel awesome. So I am returning these.

Had to return. This shoe is too light weight for my situation. But very comfortable.

So bummed this New Balance 870v5 didn't work for me. Unlike NBs I've had in the past, the toe box wasn't as roomy and the shoe was uncomfortably tight across the bridge of my foot. The arch of the shoe didn't feel like it quite fit with mine. For reference, I'm normally a 6.5, a bit on the wide side which when comes to sneakers is usually addressed by bumping up a half size rather than a full on wide width. I also tried the Mizuno Wave Rider 23 Cloud Grey/Wind Chime 7 B (M) and the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 Grey/Pale Peach/White 7 B (M). I had similar issues with the Mizuno. Brooks Adrenaline was the winner by far.

The length was good but the whole shoe felt narrow.

Shoe fits well and the style and color are great. I expected more cushion. These have very little cushion in the sole but I'm keeping these shoes. I could send them back but I'm going to buy a cushion insert since I love the look. I doubt I'd buy these again due to no cushioning.

Nice material and color! Heel was lower than rest of shoe and I felt as I was leaning backwards so didn’t work for me. I need more fishikn

These shoes run way narrow. I ordered wide, like always with New Balance, and they were way too narrow. They don't come is WW, so I reordered a half size bigger in a wide. No good. Too tight. Too narrow. Weird, because New Balance W always fits. They are super cute, but if you have wide feet, forget it. If you are usually a medium, I would suggest ordering a wide.

While I LOVE these shoes. And they are super comfortable and supportive for my problem feet. They are 6 weeks old and are falling apart on the bottom which is a disappointment

Beware these are very narrow for the marked width. My feet are only slightly wider than a standard width, normally I order a D width to be comfortable and have plenty of room. The D fit in the 870v5 is so narrow I had significant "overhang" off the edge of the shoe with my foot. If you are normally a D you will need to try to find an E width in this shoe, which they don't seem to make unfortunately for me, as I loved the look! Also a note of caution to my fellow orthotics wearers, these are not very deep in the heel cup.

These hurt the arch of my feet when walking - and I've never had issues before. I replaced an older pair of new balance but am super disappointed. I tried to break them in but it hasn't helped and now I can't return them.

I wanted to love these shoes. The only thing I loved about these shoes was the color. Usually New Balance is the only sneaker that fits my flat feet, but these shoes were way too narrow. If that wasn't bad enough, they felt small and I always order a half size up to ensure I have plenty of room. Sadly these shoes had to be returned.

I’ve always loved new balance shoes but these are terrible. I could buy a pair on line and have no problems with the fit. These felt tight and had no support. Company and quality have gone downhill.

The size 6 was a little snug and there felt like some sort of support on the exterior side of foot. Uncomfortable for me. Cute shoe, I liked the Oxygen Pink/Iodine violet. The violet is a soft color. Suggest ordering half size larger.
