I wanted a bag without all the straps and inner pockets primarily for toting my groceries or when on the train and I don't want my "huge" High Sierra bag with all the straps. Unfortunately, it isn't comfortable regardless of how much or little I have in it. I can feel everything in my back. The zippers aren't as high quality or as easy to access as my other High Sierrra. The material also feels much cheaper and it doesn't seem very large capacity to me. This would be okay for someone just transporting things by car, but for someone who walks, I don't recommend it.

I was extremely disappointed. This book bag seems like it is a great quality. However it came with a Prop 65 warning on the backpack. But it's not listed anywhere that I can find on the product description.

The bottom of the bag pack is very thin. Looks like it can damage very fast.

I bought this backpack on 8/7/2023 and I've been using the backpack for a little more than 2 weeks and the baggage is totally ripping and by looking at the reviews I'm not the only one with this issue.
Throughout the years I've bought multiple backpacks and I've never had issues before.

The bag is made of flimsy material, impossible to keep tablet in the thin sleeve. Surprised by the low quality, High Sierra used to be so good!

This was supposed to be used as a book bag for my teenage daughter. The binder woudn't even fit in the bag. I asked the representative if this would hold a binder. Obviously, it didn't. Had to return this product

This was for my kid's school backpack. We have bought one previously that's been fine but this one we got, the strap fastener has broken after two months of use. Poor quality

Didn't use. Too heavy for a child to carry.

My son picked out the backpack online and was very excited as he had looked several places for a black and gray camo backpack. The picture shown was exactly that with moss green accent straps. The description was even black camo/moss. When it arrived, the camo is green. Overall that is the primary color of the backpack. I looked back online and the picture and the actual product are not the same colors at all. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to pay return shipping which turned out to be $25, which was more than I paid for the backpack. Guess I'll donate it to a school drive.....there is a tiny sentence on the FAQ page that says basically the colors shown online may not actually represent the true colors. That's ridiculous...in this age of fantastic, high resolution photos, there is no excuse for that.

I called and was told they would remedy the over sight immediately. After being interrogated about weather or not I was lying. Still no second backpack. Integrity doesn't seem to be their thing.
