If you have larger legs or rear, size up! I wear a M in adidas shorts and ordered a Large and it fit perfect. I'm 5,7 with longer legs, and the waist fit at my hips with no problem. These are a thicker warmer material on the inside that is good for fall and winter.

I purchased the Firebird Track Pants in Light Orchid in medium. In person, color is even better with an elegant, stunning and more richly saturated hue. The pants have a flattering silhouette constructed of a buttery and quality woven material. Length is tall people approved (5'8", 150lbs). Fit is true to sizeif typically in between sizes in the waist area, size up for roomy comfort, Dear ADIDAS, Plz drop an entire Light Orchid collection with literally every single life accessory and closet staple, Amen. Obsessed.
