The heel was so broad I kept walking out of it. Also the calf was too wide even with the buckle. It left a lot of space for rain to get into the boots. They are well made & I like the pattern, but they just didn’t fit right.

I purchased these boots for a trip to the Oregon Coast in the fall where there can be a lot of rain. The boots are a bit sloppy in size so I had to wear two pair of socks. I purchased a pair of boot liners and they were then too tight so the sizing is odd. The traction on the bottom is also a bit slippery so I didn't feel super secure on wet, slick surfaces. Otherwise they are cute :)

These boots are are so cute, I wanted to love them. But for rain boots they feel a tad narrow and snug even without socks. I wish they came in half sizes,.

Nice looking boots. However exceptionally heavy weight. Would have returned them but missed return window.

I loved these boots... until they started leaking, and then the seam at the back of the boots opened up. I've only had them for 3 months.

They leak... they were amazing, then they started leaking and now I'm unable to use them unfortunately.

These are really cute rain boots, but they are too big even with big wooly socks. Sadly, I am returning them.

Have had the boots less than 3 months and the boots have cracked and now have a large hole.

Within 4 months the boots had cracked in several places making them useless as rainboots. They were cute but the quality is very poor. Zappos customer service said that 3 months of wear is beyond exchange so basically they don't expect the product to be wearable after 3 months. They definitely lost a customer. Strongly recommend not buying anything from zappos.

Purchased in May and by September the rubber was cracking and breaking all the way through sides . 1st time trying Western Chief and will not be trying them again. Poor quality. Dont recommend.

This rain boot fit like street size shoe. It fit my wide feet comfortably. Bit heavy for me. Only issue is quality. I was wore this for a couple of months maybe, and then all of a sudden, it's not a rain boot anymore. When I examined the boots, however, I don't see any obvious holes in the soles or the boot itself. So I guess water is seeping in through poorly glued (?) areas? Who knows..but very disappointed in this purchase. Will not recommend.

Horrible quality. Less than a month after buying, the insoles were worn through, folded, I could see down into the footbed of the boot. I wore them anyway, I bought them for yard work. After maybe 6 months of wearing, definitely less than a year, holes developed in both boots. The seams coming apart. I didnt notice but wondered why I always had dirt all over my feet and had to shake my boots out. Then the water came in.. and that’s when I saw the holes. Cheap boots.. dont buy them. And the buckle strap doesnt stay so it flaps around, sticks out.

The boot cracked within two months of regular use while gardening in late summer in Zone 7b. I would not recommend it.

These boots are extremely narrow!

They were way too big and the calf was huge. Was very disappointed. But everyone at Zappos Is so nice and always helps me with my issues. I will be returning them unfortunately
