Excellent quality jeans. Previously purchased 2 pairs then followed up with 2 more pairs

Double black is a staple and one I move more towards as I age. These seem a bit different than the same item# runs in 2017 forward. The fabric is a little thinner and there is a sheen almost like the stretch material is taking over (although they are low stretch, like we like them). My old pairs, 2017 and 2018 purchases of the exact same Jean have held up color-wise and fit perfectbut they are very different out of the box and in feel. Time will tell if I change this review.

The fabric was too heavy for summer.

Went with 4 stars over 5 as I thought they need a little more flex to be really comfortable. That being said the color, stitching, and quality appear to all be of excellent quality. Try them on better then I did, I may have went with a size larger.

Great pants for everyday wear. Length is good. If there were anything that I would change, it would be that they were a little too tight in the thighs but once you wear it for a while, it stretches out. After wearing and washing a few times, they have not faded.

I am very pleased with the way that these jeans fit. They are snug but still flex well with my movement. The construction is top notch and the fabric is of great quality. I also find that the fit is true to my size, which I do not usually experience with other jeans.

These Ralph Lauren jeans have a good fit and comfortable. Nice deep front and back pockets. Made with 98% cotton and 2% elastane. Washes well, if washed correctly. I have washed several times and these are holding up nicely. Has golden accent buttons on the front pockets but what's odd to me is the main button to latch the Jean's is silver. Should have either made them all gold or all silver. These can be dressed up or dressed down, depending on the occasion. Very nicely made jeans

Breathable denim. I like the look of these jeans casual yet slight modern feel. They can be dressed up or down but the preference is baseball games, and quick kids out tings. I would recommend this product to anyone!

These jeans are "slim straight". Compared to other "slim" jeans I own, they don't hug the leg quite as much. They still fit nicely though, and are very comfortable. (Sometimes I don't wear my other slim jeans because they are too restricting!) They are distressed by the knee, but not in an over-the-top kinda way. I have been wearing them most days since I got them, swapping them out only when another color jean matches my shirt better.

I really like the color of these jeans. They look great, are comfortable but a little snug around the waist. Unlike some other jeans I have of the same size, these do seem to fit a bit tighter. Other than that, I would recommend these.

I have worn these slim straight legged jeans on several occasions thinking my mind would be changed. Thess do not seem to fit correctly. They are off in the inseam, otherwise, quality and material are great.

Extremely well made and high quality, rugged feel. Love the cut, color and overall make. Can last for a quite long time, did a wash and don't find a shrink or fade. True fit. All in all was nice buy will be looking for other colors.

I needed white jeans and they were not easy to find a pair that fit right. These jeans are slim fit which looks nice. I have large thighs and they were a bit tight there, but overall the fit was pretty good. The quality and material are top-notch and comfortable.

These are really nice jeans that I hope over time, soften up a bit more then they are at this point. That has been the case with many of my recent jean purchases, so hoping for the same here. Once my wife saw me put them on, she was really impressed with the color...a nice dark blue that can be both dressed up and down (her words, not mine :) ). For me, they are very comfortable and the perfect length 32/32. I am an average build/athletic guy about around 5'10".

Jeans that are true to size are hard for me to find. These are true to the size. I am more of a relaxed or loose fit jean person, but these skins are pretty nice. All stitching was intact. I would recommend these jeans if you are a skinny/slim jean wearer. My wife says I should buy more of these jeans because she likes the way they look!

These jeans are a good inclusion for a standard, dark pair of jeans for casual wear. The fit is slim as promised. The color does not seem to fade much with washing nor does the size shrink. Although I was them separately at first, there does not seem to be much dye coming out in the wash. Overall, they are comfortable and attractive looking.

Comfortable jeans with a nice stretch to them. They don't bunch up or restrict my movement. So far the feel like they're good quality and will last me a while. I did test them out by chopping up limbs and a tree while in them, no noticeable damage to them and cleaned up nicely. They are a little pricey though

I got these in white. The material feels very durable and it fits and looks nice. They are good for medium level activities, as they are a bit heavy and 'tough'.. I don't think they would be very comfortable if you were being very active.

I recently received my new pair of jeans. These jeans are white and slim fit just how my son likes them. They fit very well and very finely manufactured. These will be used this year in a photo at the beach in FL. I am very happy with this product and would recommend to anyone wanting to buy them.

I have the varick slim staight fit jeans. They fit well. not to tight and not to loose. I feel very comfortable in these jeans and they are easy to move around in. I have a black pair so I washed them a couple times and the color held up well, no fading.

Great pair of jeans. Real comfortable really like the fit would recommend these jeans to everybody I know. Great material looks like they'll last a long time.. I wore a lot of jeans in my years. but these are one of the best pair I've ever worn

Great fitting slim pair of jeans. The material is soft and comfortable. The white color is a nice one as it goes with almost any colored shirt/tee. Ralph Lauren jeans are high quality. They are not those heavy pair of jeans which is great. Overall a good pair.

Overall, quality isn't bad at all. After first wash I haven't noticed any fading in color or shrinking, so I would say minimal if any at all. Fabric is thick, and unforgiving. If you like for your pants to have any stretch through the backside, knees, and thighs, this pant is not for you, this would be my only complaint. I usually wear pants which have some kind of stretch in them to allow comfortable movement. With this material, It makes me nervous I will bend down or sit down and the material will rip, that's how unforgiving they are- this is the only reason I give these pants 4 stars.

Having finally figured out which the perfect jeans fit is for me from RL, I now also realize that the style doesn't mean each pair will have the same fabric. I was disappointed that what I ordered was unexpectedly a stretch fabric but I guess I'll have to read more carefully in the future and not assume they'll be the same as in prior VSS jeans. They look and fit great so I'll keep them, I'm just not thrilled about the stretch feel.

After washing, in cold water, the are shorter than my other Varick Slim straight jeans in the dame size
