Love them!

These boots are much cuter in person than from the picture. It's very true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 to 9. The size 9 fits perfectly an 8 1/2 would be too small.

Wore 2 pairs of socks and they were great! Comfortable and warm. A 1/2 size larger in the wide width. Great color.

These boots were purchased for my 94 year old mother. She has difficulty finding shoes that fit. These were a wide width and normally she purchases a double wide width but we ordered these in a half size larger and we were very pleased that they fit well.

There's a little story that goes with these boots. I ordered one pair for myself. The first time I wore them, my daughter complimented me on them. So, two days later, I ordered her a pair. The price had increased $8 over 2 days, but I didn't mind that. They were still on sale. When the second pair arrived, they were packaged just like the first - in their little plastic sleeves, stuffed with tissue paper and having little packets of silica gel to keep them dry. Imagine our surprise when upon taking them out, one of them was mangled! As in looking like it had been caught in a grinder or something. Just the one boot too. Needless to say, that pair was returned. Zappos, best check your quality control...

Fit is great. I purchased these shoes because another reviewer stated that she was able to remove the insole that came in the shoe and use her own. Ii was able to do the same. Shoes are a little stiff which is why I gave four stars for comfort. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This is an update to my enthusiastic review of February 10th. It's still a great shoe, especially welcome for someone like me who's hard to fit. However, I wated to add that though the product description says the suede is treated to be "water resistant," it's not. Even the slightest mist makes the upper damp enough to penetrate to the sock below, resulting in cold feet. I'm going to try treating it with the Kiwi suede spray to see if it helps, and as I live in southern California, it won't be a problem 90% of the year. But just wanted to make a note of this for people in damper climates.

They look really nice and feel great! They are wide enough for my orthotics to fit perfectly and feel wonderful. I got them in 3 colors, each feels just as good as the next. I would definitely recommend them.

These boots are really comfortable and toasty warm.

I purchased these for my mom who needed a comfortable winter shoe. She loves them! Even more comfortable than her slippers, she said, yet sturdy enough for our Indiana winters. She has some foot issues and is hard to fit, but these shoes fit perfectly just ordering her usual size. Thanks Easy Spirit and Zappos!

This boot checks all the boxes--comfort, style, utility. I've been looking for a pair of cold-weather boots, but needing a wide toe box for my painful and bunion-plagued feet has made it difficult. So thank goodness for this cute bootie from Easy Spirit! Comfortable right out of the box, the shoe comes with a sculpted foam insole, which also removed easily so I could insert my rigid orthotics (which the boot, at my normal 8.5 W size, easily accommodated). The furry lining peeping over the top adds just a little cute detail. Soles provide a LOT of traction and a stable feeling. The heel's a little wide for me, but that's just a fact of life for those of us who need lots of toe room. So grateful for this boot! Thanks, Zappos and Easy Spirit!

These shoes are THE BEST! I needed low winter boots with great traction in a comfortable shoe in a perfect size for me, and these are right on target! I shopped and shopped every site and local stores, too, came back to Zappos to order these. Right out of the box, they are already laced perfectly, remove the paper stuffing, and slide my foot in and I said, "HALLELUJAH!! I FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT WINTER SHOE!!!" Now my best friend is going to order some, too, soon as the black color comes back in stock. And I'll get a second pair in grey as soon as that color reappears, too! I purchased the taupe and they are BEAUTIFUL! Thanks Zappos! My feet thank you and now that icy slip-n-slide sensation is just plain GONE thanks to these shoes. No more falling on the black ice!

I am ordered a W and a M. The wide was not huge but would have been doable. Unfortunately returning both pairs because they were too tight around my ankles without bulky socks. I gave them a 5 because they seem to be a good pair of shoes for those whose ankles are smaller. I love the efficient UPS shipping and convenience of returns. Will keep trying to get the right shoe for me.

Got these for my 80 yr old mom who loves nothing but high heels! Wider size to accomodate a bunion-overall, they fit perfectly in her normal 8.5 size, but W. Love when shoes come in wide size for women! They are stylish, cute sneaker bottoms, we liked a lot!

These boots were really cute, and fairly warm for not being insulated. I ordered an 11W. They felt comfortable at first, but the slightly angled toe box, wound up rubbing my small toe, so I returned them.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It was a little too narrow in width and a little to short in length ordered a 9W. So I returned it.
