Even though I ordered a wide, I couldn't even get my foot in!

The problem is that I ordered a pair of 6 1/2 for my wife return them for a size 7. After I thought the return was in motion received an email saying that you were canceling the entire order or the order for that particular shoe. Is that explanation you also included a discount a lower 50 for a next purchase within 60 days. I attempted to use this several times and it failed to work. What's going on? Please advise

Super comfortable and stylish!love them!

I bought these shoes solely based on the reviews. I spent 2 weeks in Europe (we walked over 100 miles) and wore them every day. They kept my feet warm and dry. I have SI joint issues and these shoes offered me a ton of support. I usually wear a 10 and the size 10 worked for me. These shoes are the best!

Way to big

I purchased them for one of my daughters Chrismas presents and she loves everything about them.

These are fabulous boots! I love that they are waterproof and they are super comfortable! I also decided to purchase in a second color since I liked them so much!

Love my new shoes! They do fit snug on top and sides. They are narrow. They look great with jeans!

These shoes are top quality and look awesome. I absolutely love them. I was a little worried I wouldnt like them as much as I thought since I was just looking at pictures but I love them even more than I thought I would. Also the customer service is top notch. Ive never experienced anything like it.

I truly love Olukai products but I have been disappointed by the last two shipments. These Fox/Off-White Fox boots when I opened them the left shoe had two small dark spots about the size of an eraser on a pencil. The spots were sticky. I tried to get the spots off and removed most of the sticky stuff but it still left two dark spots. The right foot was not as smooth around the toe as they generally are. Disappointed but I kept them. I thought they would have been a little more perfect since I paid $160.00 for them. Wouldn't want anyone else to pay this amount unless they knew what to expect.

Most comfy shoe Ive owned. Seriously, very nice looking and feeling shoe. Dresses up an outfit without reverting to my awesome vans slip-ons. 100x more comfy and looking. 10/10 recommend.

Not the best, but not the worst. The loop broke on the back of the shoe when I put it on. I contacted customer service. Id give them a 7/10.

Love Love This Boot!! Beautifully Constructed Shoe. Runs a little Small & Narrow. BUT since all leather, will stretch.

We love OluKai shoes and have many pairs but this design caused an open wound on the top of my wife's foot.
