Not as comfortable as Scram 4. Mane order the next size up.

This is a very comfortable and stable shoe. The sole is very tough and sturdy, therefore you won't get as much flex as you might get with some other shoes. Because the soles are so strong they won't wear out anytime soon. I am rating 4 out of 5 stars because I hoped the midsole would be a little bit more springy and cushioned than it is. Because it is a trail shoe this is a very good all around yard work shoe and a shoe you can do just about everything in. I didn't buy this shoe to do any running although I'm sure it would be up for the task if I hit the trails. Overall very happy with purchase and would purchase other colors in the future.

My husband feels as if these fit great; he has wide feet and is very picky on width of shoes... loves the neutral style and comfort.

These were for my son 13 years old. He likes them so far. Only complaint and why I gave 4 stars is he says the tongue keeps sliding to one side and will not stay in the center. I made sure he put the laces through the tongue to help keep it up but it still happens.

No arch support. Did not like the narrow shape of the shoes, wanted more curvature like other Asics trail running shoes.

Good shoes. Very comfy, but I wish they will be more breathable.

Not bad at all. Nothing fancy but it serves its purpose unscathed. Fits true to size, okay to walk in for long stretches of time.

The only thing we were surprised about was that in the grey area, its actually camouflage. We weren't expecting that when we bought them.

Shoes are fine except they don't have pull loop at the heel. Laces are also cheaper flat laces instead of round covered cord laces. Previous pair of Gel-Scrams had both features. Must check next time.

Little less cushioning than I expected for a trail shoe but a solid shoe nonetheless

I liked the style. The tread on the outsole was what I was looking for in a trail shoe. The fit was good for me. Asics always seem to have the right proportions -- I have a slightly wide forefoot. Ultimately, the cushion and arch support were not as good for me as the GT-2000 8 Trail.

Seem like a good shoe. Very lightweight. love the look. I am actually going to buy another pair of these because I like the stlye. I don't think this is a long lasting shoe.

Overall, I like the shoe. It’s slightly wider than most 10.5’s I’ve worn, but not bad. It is slightly slippery on wet surfaces compared to shoes with more floor contact area. I will have these during the winter, so time will tell if it becomes an issue.

I am not that impressed with this pair of Asics Gel-Scram 5. I own another pair of Gel-Scram 4 (T2J1N) and the fit is perfect and that's what I thought I would be getting with the new ones. The 5 is ill fitting at the toe (loose) and I don't think that is good for preventing pronation of the foot also the cushion is not as comfortable and stable as the 4, not at all satisfied with the purchase.

Light weight and comfortable. Cushion and support average, reflects price point.

Definitely not my shoe. Wide, heavy-ish, blocky, big toes pushes up on upper in an odd-looking way (cheap looking, to be frank), and my feet are tired after using these shoes. I wear a 14 and do better in sleaker ASICS. (Or even Onitsuka Tigers.) These are kind of granddad shoes.

Great price (especially on sale)
Poor traction on damp/wet floors. It's like slick shoes in the goonies.
This was my first try at "Trail" shoes and I definitely prefer standard running shoes over these.
