I don't know why it says to order a half size up, I honestly felt like they were way too big! Order your regular sizenot happy because now I can't exchange them.

They just didn't fit right, the heel would slip off whenever I would not recommend this shoes if you have wide feet. They're not meant for wide feet and they were uncomfortable. I couldn't even last a full 5 minutes with them on but they're cute though

The shoe is nicely made and good quality, however it is very hard. The front portion does not cover my toes completely and it rubs over my big toe when walking, which creates a lot of pain and friction when worn more than an hour. Purchased over 2 weeks ago and still not broken in.

It's a bit narrow for me and it was a bit hard on the front sides.

I keep wearing them hoping they will stop hurting. :( These shoes are actually cute and look professional. It's hard to look business professional at a restaurant and these are it.

I was excited to get nice looking shoes that are slip resistance. But I didn't care for the look of the stripes & too tight in the ball of the foot area

I followed the directions and ordered the larger size. The shoe fits great in the toe box but every time I step, the sides gape open and the back slides up and down on my heel, so I'm going to return it. This shoe might fit well if your heel is about as wide as the ball of your foot, but my heels are much narrower and I often have trouble finding shoes that fit well because of that.

These shoes took about a week of breaking them in by wearing them with thick socks, which did look kind of ridiculous while I was doing it. It would have been nice to just wear them straight out of the box. After they were broken in, however, they're okay. I did get a scratch on them in the first week, so I wouldn't say they're particularly durable. If I'm on my feet all day, they do start to pinch my pinky toes, but luckily, I sit at my desk most of the time. They're not the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn, but if there was another, more comfortable option available, I'd wear those.

These shoes look nice and are made well but they weren't comfortable even when just testing them in my home for a few moments. I returned them easily and without trouble so that process was smooth. May work for others but not for me.

I thought the Reese would be more like the Valencia since they got rid of that style but it is not. The shape of the shoe is very unflattering and they are so stiff I cannot wear them through an entire shift.

I wore the shoes for 4 hours for work and they gave me blisters behind my ankle. My toes were bunched up together and it forced my toe nail to jab into my other toe causing it to bleed a little. The heel part is probably the most uncomfortable for me.

The shoe looks so cute, but that was the only good thing for me. I went a half size up, which resulted in it slipping off while walking. But at the same time it pinched and rubbed at various areas on my forefoot. Not even moleskin helped. I do have bunions on both big toes and 'tailor's bunions' on my little toes. These are not the shoes to get if you have either of these issues. I tried for months to make it work, but the result was the same.

I ordered a half size bigger as directed. Now I have slipped and fallen twice while wearing them. They are fixing to go into trash can. please dont direct people to order size bigger unless you want to create trip hazards.

These shoes were very uncomfortable to wear and made my heels get covered with blisters. I couldn't continue to wear them because they would rub the old blisters and my feet would never heal because of this. I didn't like how structured they were and how narrow they were created. I've heard that the flat before this was the best- maybe bring those back!! I would love to see more variety of flats because I'm not a heel person. Thanks shoes for crews!!

The shoe scratched a red mark on both of my feet near the inner edge of the shoe. Then my baby toe hurts too. Already ordered half size bigger and I do not have a wide feet.

I thought this would be a great shoe to stand all day, no I was wrong. The shoes is tight in the front and my heels feels so bad at the end of the day.

These shoes were awful and I returned them after only wearing them for maybe an hour. They are extremely narrow and HURT my feet and I do NOT have fat feet. I have the other ballet flats that I had no problems with. I wish they would bring those back. These shoes gave me blisters! No not buy......

I wanted a nice comfortable flat. This shoe is so uncomfortable that I've never worn it more than an hour. I tried to break it in. It's not worth the pain. It squeezes your foot. I am a size 10. I have a coworker that also purchased this shoe with the same result. This is not the comfortable flat you are looking for.

Pinched my toes. The heel area,gave me sore heels from the rubbing. It bunches up when I walk. The cushion is great. Too many flaws.

Hands down the most uncomfortable shoe you can ever put on your foot!!! Bring the old flat back! I work 12-15 hour days and the old flat was wonderful.

I bought these shoes because I wear flats for comfort as opposed to heels when I'm walking my store. These shoes rubbed my pinky toes raw on both feet and did the same to my heel. I had to wear band aids on my heels just to tolerate wearing them.
