Not comfortable for standing on my feet all day. Shoe feels floppy. Can't adjust shoe lace

These fit well, just a tiny touch on the smaller side, they are definitely slip resistant, and easy to clean. however, there is a kind of bump, or lip right in the arch of the shoe, where the bottom meets the side. This rubs painfully on your foot. I thought it would just need time, and to be broken in, but after about 4 hours I would almost be crying, and need to change into the old shoes, and after about 3 months of trying to break them in I gave up.Even over a month later I still have a callous on my arch of each foot.

I unfortunately cannot recommend these shoes. I work in the restaurant industry as a server and these shoes made my feet hurt so incredibly bad. Only 30 minutes after wearing them, both my feet were completely asleep and numb feeling. I have a bunion on my left foot and by the end of the evening it had felt like my foot had been ran over by a train. I have never experienced foot pain that bad. I got home from work that evening and my feet felt bruised and were throbbing.
