The anti slip aspect is good on this shoe.
But after 2 or 3 hours I cannot describe the pain in my feet. Like walking on concrete.
I have to purchase expensive insoles to make these shoes work which affect the fit so I may have to return and get a bigger size.
Such a hassle.

I love these shoes. I love the tool to clean the treads. Decided to try them on a trip to see a show in Denver. My friend wanted to show me their favorite State Park, so ended up on an impromptu two-mile or so levelish hike. These shoes do not have what I would call significant arch support. I expected that after a day of walking in the mountains, I would be in pain. I was not.
The day of the show, I walked 20,000 steps in Denver. Danced and jumped around for 2.5 hours at the show and didn't have any pain or other issues. For the right person, with the right feet these shoes are great. However, if you need more support, they may not be for you. I cannot recommend for others.
For reference, I have used Merrell's (and they get dangerous for me when wet) and Columbia - I like some and not others. Otherwise I have always been a traditional Puma flat, old-school design type.
I love these shoes. With all reviews, your mileage may vary.

the size fits and feels exactly like converse, theyre also super cute !
Only took about 2 weeks to break them in and theyre perfect. Not sure how long they will last but ive got high hopes

The shoes start to sun bleach it sucks theyll turn like a brownish color after awhile and the soles hurt my feet and they don't last very along but other than that they are great the have lasted me 6months and the bottom hasn't come off yet the sides aren't coming undone 9/10 would recommend lol

Went from actual Converse to this shoe. Very comparable in fit but better because of non slip. Wore for entire shift on first day of purchase. Very worth it. Told my co.workers to purchase also.

Perfect non-slip work shoes. Comfortable from day one, look great and have all the traction necessary for messy restaurant floors! I also love that the shoes come with a cleaning tool to get the mess out of the treads!

These shoes are the best for kitchen work by repelling sauces on the top and not slipping in grease on the bottom. They are also stylish for an all black shoe. Hands down best kitchen shoe that I have worn!

I bought myself a pair of these in January of 2017, and three and half years later I'm finally having to replace them because I've worn through the canvas top. After about three months I wore through the original insoles, so I had to get a replacement set from my local drugstore, but the structure of the shoe itself has held up. The tread is still holding strong, never had any tearing or separation between the soul and the upper, and again, it took me three years to wear through the upper canvas. These are fashionable enough that I could wear them around town and they didn't look like work shoes, and comfortable enough to last me through 6 to 16 hour shifts. The only thing I wish they had was better waterproofing, but they're canvas, so I knew what I was getting. I can't recommend these enough

I was looking for a shoe that gave me that same good look of a chuck.. and i found it! love it and i even ordered my mother in law one pair... Now, i can wear my slip resistant shoes out and about and walk right into work without having to carry any extra pair of shoes...

This is my second pair of Delray's. Definitely a good shoe and good-looking too. My first pair lasted me about 5 years and now I'm ordering my second pair because they were such a good shoe.
