The shoes are cute and I get a lot of compliments from coworkers who ask where I got them. They are not as comfortable as I wish for the price I paid and also cleaning them is not easy if you don't have a soft shoe brush.

These shoes are so lightweight, very comfortable. I walk in them all day. My only issue with them is they get dirty quick. I tried wiping them but they still looked dirty. I've washed them once and I don't know if it's the inside but they kind of smell now. Maybe your not supposed to wash them, I don't know. I still recommend them, but if you find a way to keep them clean let me know

I liked the shoes but not being available in wide was not good. They were just to narrow and I couldn't get them broken in. Unfortunately I'm definitely a wide and that's not an option.

I'm a server at a pub. Shifts range 3-8 hrs. They're really cute.. however at my 5'5 - 120 lbs stature, my heels/ankles are killing me by the end of my longer shifts. I tried various insoles and special heel inserts to no avail. I just do my best at stretching before and after my shifts to deal with it. Bought these in November. By February, there's a hole worn at the toe.

These shoes are cute but I wasn't able to wear them because they were tiny. I wear a W8.5-9 and usually have room. I purchased a W9 and my foot was completely squished.

These shoes look good for work. A little on the thinner feeling side like chuck taylors. Would choose these over the chucks or PF flyers, however. I feel the laces could be a lot more durable. Not a bad build on this shoe. Maybe lower the price a tad and it's solid. I'd buy another pair.

Bought these because my old cabbies (2 years) fell apart. These definitely don't look or feel as great but they're worth keeping as I won't be using them for such rigorous work anymore. The laces are definitely cheaper and the material feels thinner as well as the sole, the cushion is almost non-existent and I will definitely be replacing it with another insole. The shoe itself feels narrower than the original cabbie so watch out if you have wider feet.

Love the Style of the shoe. But just not like the Cabbie 1. Insoles are cheap and thin.Just dont feel comfortable. No support at all. If you buy you definitely need some "Gel" insoles. Uppers dont seem to last very long either. Again being thin. Needs padding on the tongue and more around the ankle . Stain easy and are hard to clean. Just feel that they cheeped out on this version.

I love the grip that these shoes have, especially working in the restaurant industry. However, I still haven't "broken" into the shoe...I own the original cabbie style but the cabbie II style seems much more narrow

The shoe just feels cheaply made compared to the original cabbie. They are an ok she if you are not comparing them to the original cabbie. They look just like Vans even more that the originals. Look great feel Okay.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Loved the style of this shoes. But with style and low price you pay the pain. I say pain because this shoes working for the service industry gave me the worst feet pain ever. After a long 8 hours shift, my feet were in so much pain! I did love the style like I said, but I do not recommend this for work. Also, they don’t last long. Save your money and spend double on some good quality and styling shoes.

fit and size was fine. In a few months, holes formed where the toes would rub against the canvas. It usually takes much longer for this to happen lmao.

The most uncomfortable pair of shoes i'v ever worn. A half size larger would have been better, but that would'nt have made the thin souls any better. Mid way thru the work day my feet are killing me with these things

The soles of these shoes have come apart in the short 5/6 months that I've had them. They were good but they just didn't last very long at all.

My job requires me to spray floors three times per night. Needless to say, this canvas is not waterproof like it says. Looks great, pretty comfy, definitely not a good choice if ur working with wet floors. I sent the product to be returned in the mail on 8/3/19

Shoe is incredibly narrow, and was already hurting the sides of my big toe and the balls of my feet after three hours. The non-slip treading style on all of Shoes for Crews shoes means that they pick up dirt and grime and just track them around. Sure it keeps you from slipping, but stuff gets in the cracks and inevitably gets dragged around the kitchen. There is little to no support, and the shoe doesn't move with your feet in the slightest. It was like walking around on stiff cardboard. Do not waste your time and money with these shoes for the brand in general.

I work in a high volume, very busy breakfast restaurant. Iykyk!!!!! First day using these shoes my toes all the way way to my knees was aching. Changed the insoles for better support. Second day- No change. Shoes are just uncomfortable even with new insoles. My ankles was also irritated from the rubbing of high tops. Don't recommend this shoe.

I've purchased a pair of these shoes every 6 months or so for the last 10 years. That's 20 pairs of these shoes that I've gone through. I swear, every time I get a new pair, they've made them even more cheaply than the last time. The canvas is thinner, sole is thinner, or the tread is too bulky and doesn't allow for good flexibility of the sole. I like to lace my shoes up tight- as tight as they'll go, usually- but the newest style of this shoe (as of April 2023) doesn't allow me to tie my shoes properly. The laces don't go down much past the arch of my foot, meaning I can only really tighten the ankles. This leaves no support for the rest of my foot, and I can feel it sliding around within the shoe, even though they're tied up tight. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this product, and I'm going to have to switch to name brand Vans or something less cheaply made in the future.
