I have fairly flat feet and a little wide and normally wear a 12.5 2EE. The 12.5 was a little long. It was Euro 47 and some other brands 12.5 is a 46.5. So a size 12 was perfect length. Unfortunately the 2EE was a little narrow at the toe but ok in the middle.

I have been only wearing Asics shoes for over ten years. I need a 4E because I have a wide toe box. These are not as wide in the toe area as others, but they are comfortable

I always order a half size larger when I buy Asics. This is nice looking shoe. I returned because there just wasn't enough cushioning.

Shoe tends to run 1/2 size smaller and narrower than other brands I have purchased. Very comfortable, wore them for 12 hours second day I had them on.
I'd also recommend:

My last pair were GT-2000 in 2E, they were a softer with a wider fit. These are very similar, but not the same. Though I would recommend them as a well constructed and comfortable running shoe.

I have always liked the multicolor bright shoes from asics mainly because I'm an urban runner and would to be seen when I'm on the road. Although these shoes are light, they lack the support I need for my flat foot.

Make sure that the size of the shoe is the same as you have bought before. The ones that I received was larger than the ones that I have bought before.Different manufacturers,I think that is the problem..

Love the form, the Light weight, the upper. And the midsole is great! But the outsole is clunky... on track it's probably good; on the road sometimes I feel like I'm running in cleats

Great inexpensive shoes for everyday training. I've ran everything from 6-18 miles in them. I usually go thought 3-4 pair per season. I found them to be the best alternative shoe for the price.

Sizing runs small. Not as comfortable as my GT-2000-6 or Gel Kayano 26 box not marked as extra wide.

NARROW. NARROW. NARROW. There is absolutely NOTHING slightly wider nor roomier (front of shoe) than the same show in D Medium standard.

Fit well, but the tongue was not wide enough for the top of the shoe... could see my white socks on either side of the tongue even when laced. Shoe wore evenly, but unfortunately very quickly. I walk 10k per day and they lasted less than 3 months.

Compared to other shoes I've purchased in the past, this pair took more miles to break in until I felt comfortable running.

Comfortable but could use more cushion in the heel. Good for mid-range running but not sure for long distance.

ASICS keeps screwing around with their sizing. The EE width is good, feels more like their older versions or standard version. I used to be able to buy the D size or normal ASICS cause they made their shoes a little wider than other companies like Nike but their EE are more like the older versions. These felt a little short to me.

Worn these for years but this latest pair was narrow and short. Sent them back and ordered a half size larger and wide this time.

disappointed that after 2 weeks of use the inner rubber sole on both shoes has come out. Every time I take the shoes off the insole pops out with my foot. Did you forget to glue it?
Bummer
