I wear GT 2000 for 75% of my runs. These 1000's are a great alternative for easy days and stretching the life of my more expensive 2000's. They feel exactly the same as the 2000.

Loved these shoes, they're very comfortable highly recommend if you stand for a long time for work

I had been wearing the Kayano models but tried this one and really like it. One thing I love about ASICS (among many things) is that fit is consistent, so this model is perfect for me.

This shoe was so perfect in shape, color, seemed very giving to my feet as I tried them on. HOWEVER, they were a half size to small and I had to return for a larger size. I really did like them and hated to have to return them. GOOD LUCK to you with your shoe selection, these were super nice.

Very comfortable. Great support without being too heavy.

So far the only comfortable shoe I've ever had that comes in ALL black. I can only wear all black shoes for work. So I'm very happy With them that's why I ordered 2 pair.

My wife loves them. I convinced her Asics are the way to go. Now its the only running shoe she will wear.

They look good even with a dressy pair of pants. So I can wear them to work every day. Very comfortable!

These shoes are awesome. I have tried other shoes but keep coming back to asics. I work 12 hour shifts and these help my feet feel a lot better.

Solid daily shoes to run errands or go on long walks. Good amount of cushion around the soles. I have flat feet and these provide just enough support to feel comfortable as they do not have arched soles. I plan on doing light trail running with these.

Took a few days to break in, but these are very nice. I have flat feet to the point my non-existent arches roll in a bit and I feel supported. I do a lot of walking for leisure and these are the best shoes for it.

I actually prefer this model GT-1000 8 to the upgrade from the Nimbus 20 to the Nimbus 21. I bought 2 pairs ASICS to alternate with and to match my scrubs. This model chosen since Nimbus didn't have black available at the time of purchase.

I generally buy two pairs of sneakers every time I order new sneakers, I'll buy what I know works and then get a cheaper/discounted pair to try. I bought these bc I like GT 1000 9 version. They are just alike and happy with purchase.

I love the pink and they're very comfortable. I have flat feet and they're over pronated, these shoes fix it
