i found out the not so easy way that my TR 180s are not good for straight walking/hiking just cross training cardio. I got these for the treadmill and what a great choice. HAPPY FEET! I do 2-3 mile walks/hikes on the treadmill and these are perfect for it. i will be getting another pair for back up soon.

Comfiest running shoes over. Fit very true to size.

Wow. Buying these was the best decision I've made in recent weeks. I have been training for a half marathon but got derailed by achilles, ankle, calf pain and foot numbness as I increased my running distances. I was icing and resting but couldn't get rid of the issues so I started googling and found these trainers and read everybody's helpful reviews. And after a week of easing myself back into running, today I ran 9.8K for the first time in months pain free. The soles are gorgeously cushioned and the heel support is spot on. Best Buy Ever. I'm thrilled to be back on the road and making the most of my one daily exercise during these tricky times.

It surprised me how light they feel, I am super chuffed with them !

These are the only shoes that don't cause me pain so I've switched from nike permanently to Asics.

In love with this color and how comfortable they feel on my feet. I am a half marathon runner and will be using these shoes on my next long distance run. I have small feet and they fit a bit big, however wearing thick socks solves the minor issue.

The are sooo comfy, I wore them on a run pretty much straight, didn't need wearing in, haven't rubbed at all and it's like running on clouds!

Love these shoes and lighter than my old pair, which is a huge plus!

I am absolutely loving my new shoes!!!! I started my fitness journey at the beginning of this year and it's been a process with my knee pain. I've tried different knee sleeves, wraps, pain relief, etc. I bought the most max cushioned other pair of shoes and still, they would hurt. My friend pointed out to me that my foot was rolling out during my squats. I started to really watch my body and try to figure out if maybe it was my feet. I discovered that I walk on the outer edge and they do roll out, so I was looking for shoes for underpronation. These have been AMAZING so far! The cushion just in the back part of the shoe and tongue is awesome! I've never had a comfortable fit like that around my whole foot, they keep my feet neutral, I feel supported during HIIT work outs, and they allow me to walk further with less pain on my evening walks! I can't wait to order another pair!

This shoe provides very good support and stability, it fits true to size and I like the cushion in the back of the heel. I use them for occasional running and training.

I'm a nurse & I spend hours on my feet. These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box & I don't need separate inserts for my high arches. They are true to size, lightweight, & the color is awesome! I'm very happy with them :)

Great pair of running shoes , I got 1/2 a size up from my usual shoe size so my feet have room to expand during my runs. The shoe is very light , a good fit for me as i have slightly wider feet
