Loved the look of this gorgeous shoe, but the tiny, fussy buckle was just too difficult to get fastened. A decorative buckle with a bit of velcro would be a brilliant change to this shoe. The elasticized strap across the instep is very stabilizing for the foot, so the ankle strap is more decorative also. The toe box is generous, maybe too generous. I wanted to try it a half size smaller, but I didn't because of the buckle problem.

Beautiful shoes but wish they were made in a lower heel. I'm 5'5", and as pretty as I find them, I frankly don't think I'll get much use out of them, esp the classic daytime work wear colors like English tea. Specifically got these because of that color - I have a matching belt and bag in that color so it would be a perfect everyday staple just wish the heel was shorter. Will be returning

These shoes look like they were bought, worn for a special event, and returned. I'm not keeping them for this reason.
