This is a great looking shoe, and is really comfortable and fits really well. It also feels really stable, but the forefoot is just too firm for me. It's a shame because otherwise it's great.

I have been running in the kayanos for a few years and they have been great in the past. The 26's have just not been as comfortable as the past years. I thought I would just need to break them in but that has not been the case. I am just hoping that the cushioning goes back to how it used to be.

Toe box is small. Shoe is shorter and tight. Designers need to read the reviews so they can IMPROVE upon the next release. Asics needs a better return policy. It's not until you walk/run in the shoes before you really know how they fit. Only plus. I like seeing various color options.

Great looking shoe, unfortunately it doesn't give me the support that the Kayano 25 gave me and I get back pain now. For a stability shoe I have to go back to the 25, hopefully the next one will be like the 25 but with the looks of the 26

In most shoes I wear a size men's 9 and my foot is mildly wide. For years (decades) I have worn Asics Kayano size 9.5 2E. Was glad to see a different and better color offered in the wide version this year, but this shoe is definitely smaller than previous 9.5 versions so my big toe is pretty much hitting the end of the shoe. Even the arch on this shoe is in a different place than my last one.

Great fit but only moderate support. I'm hard to fit (14B but need wide toe box) and these really hit the spot. Unfortunately, while they have great cushion for heel strike, arch support is almost non-existent. Good shoe for strolling around, but not for running (or, at my age, power-walking!). Bring back the Gel-Sendai!!!

They are OK, I always used size 10-1/2 these seem short.???

The kayano 26 resembles the Kayano 16 and 17. Sneakers that I loved but for me the 26 left heel collar didnt not sit well in my foot. Great plush cushions with a tad to much stablitiy

Very narrow running shoe. It's best to try these shoes on in the store. I've owned many Asics over the years and normally the fit is good.

ASICS Kayano are very comfortable and I am a repeat buyer but have been unhappy with the quality over the last few years including this 26 model. The side collar tore after only a few light uses. I hope ASICS can get the quality really up and make these long lasting shoes.

Quality has gone down. Front top of the left shoe caved in after wearing less than a week causing issues with my big toe rubbing. The old models had a hard piece on the top that held up the top but these are all cloth.

The shoe ran big and fit totally different from the previous gel-Kayano and I had to wear them to find this out. One walk and I do not like them.

I didn't get the option to order medium width and they are too narrow for my feet

I have had more than 24 pair of Asics and these really disappointed me. They are actually too large and this has never happened before. They just fit differently than the others. I am disappointed and surprised and unhappy with them.

Not true to size. I normally wear a 10 1/5 M - 11M, ordered 11M and my toes rub the end of the inside of shoe. Big toes are sore after wearing shoes any length of time.

My shoes tongue keeps slipping to the side and it always happens when I run

Too heavy and bulky. Also, some of the materials aprisionate the feet's transpiration. I regret my purchase

Not comfortable at all. It was hurting my toes. Had bought 25 before and was much better.

The quality has gone down. Just milking the legacy of the brand now. Since Kayano 15/16, successive versions are not as durable, the outsoles wear out in about 150-200 miles of road running.

I have put these shoes on 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time my right foot has a searing pain on the inside of my foot. I'm hoping they will break in, but at this time I'm only able to wear them for a day and then I need 2 days off for the pain to subside. Hopefully it gets better soon.
