Over and over again the first time I slip into a new Asic shoe it feels custom made, always fits great. No break-in period needed.

I just received it and used only for 4 days only . It's comfortable and nice looking . Loved it so far . Let's see how long it last .

I've used Asics Gel-Kayano shoes for decades and have been very satisfied with the fit, comfort and durability of the tread on the shoes. I am the same weight I have always been (about 135 lbs) and have run the same 5mile route 4 times a week. The shoes consistently lasted me 6 months year after year. However, the last couple of years I have noticed that that the heels and soles are wearing much more quickly than they used to. I don't know if this was planned to have customers have to buy shoes more often or if it was an inadvertant by product of supposed improvements. Please replace the longer lasting heal and sole on this shoe. Thank you, an otherwise very satisfied customer.

It's a great shoe mostly. I've been an ASICS loyal customer/user for 15 years. It seems the last few editions 25,26 and 27 are not as good running shoes as the older models, making the older versions often sell for up to 3 times as much as the newer editions. It's just disappointing

Do not feel as much cushioning in the heel, as in the past models of the Kayano. That said, it is still very comfortable with the support I need. I also have a set of inserts in my sneakers to increase arch support. This helps ensure I do not get plantar fasciitis.

Great shoe, but could use better padding. I needed to by an insole to correct this, so I can't rate 5 stars.

I always use superfeet green insoles but had to remove them, once I did the shoes were very comfortable and felt better. Love them now. My 2nd pair!

My husband is a runner this shoes is great for people who had high arch but he wish for this shoes to have a bit more cushion other than that he's a Asics fan

Comfortable shoes and good fit. Can wear them all day

Comfortable running shoe that runs true to size. Only drawback is that the soles seem to wear out faster now. I used to never wear through them. Last 5 years or so I have worn through them into the foam in 9 months. Rubber is less dense.

Initial wear feels a little loose in the heel but will give it more wear time as its new

I brought my first pair of GK26 and they wore out pretty fast due to over pronation. Giving it one more try before moving on from this model.

I have bought these before because I have overpronated feet. They are so comfortable and offer great support.

i like shoe however one flaw - IMHO the gel does not work in low (less than 45 F) temperatures. so very little cushioning if cold.

Comfortable. Excellent support. Walk in these now after running in them for years. Recommend. Good looking too.

I always like to try a pair of shoe before buying it to ensure the shoes are comfortable, breathable and fits well. But due to COVID situation I didn't want to visit multiple stores to pick a pair and hence decided to buy online. I wasn't sure if a online purchase based on my previous experience with Asics Will serve all the aspects I usually evaluate in a shoe, but to my surprise this is one of the best fitting and comfortable shoe I have ever bought. Recommend this model to everyone in need of a great pair of shoe.

Can't go wrong with Gel Kayano - this is my 4th pair staring Gel Kayano 22.

My original order of Kayano-26 got cancelled. I got another pair of shoes - shoes is good - normally you can't go wrong with Gel Kayano line of shoes

I have always p0urchase gel-kayano and they have been very comfortable. This model seems to be dipping in comfort as it seems sole is a little bit harder. I tried Brooks ghost for first time and they were more comfortable and softer on sole

I have used older version of Kayano 21 before. The foam around the ball of feet appears to less/hard in Kayano 26.You can feel metatarsal bones in your feet after walking for 2-3 miles.

Good shoes for the best time in a long run with the best of all time and the time I get back from my house
