Very uncomfortable shoes.

This shoe has left me with terrible sole pain. Ever time I wore it, I thought it was because the shoes needed to break into. However, having worn it 7-8 times, the pain is getting worse. I wish I could refund it because of the immense pain this shoe causes me. Total opposite of the cushoned look. Will probably have to throw it out:/

i needed a wide shoe i prefered the flex first act shoe

I was looking for something with cushion, there is very little in the heel area, and virtually none for the ball of the foot.

Never got to use because 2 different shoes received

The shoes look like they would be comfortable, but they are much too large. I sent your company an e-mail but I have received no response. I would like to exchange them.

I ordered these sneakers and very upset! Loved them but am reordering them and sending the ones you sent me back! They just came and you can tell they were not new! They werent in the original box. The new stuff you pull out of the sneakers to keep shape were not there! They are stretched out that they were on somebody elses feet! This has never happened to me! If this happens again, i will never order from my favorite place zappos again!! Thank you
