This is not what I expect from Sperry. These are my 6th pair of Sperry sneakers. I also have had a number of pairs of the classic topsiders. Size 8 has always fit perfectly and these are too big and wide. They are also not white but more of a light beige. I purchased these to replicate the Cliffside platform slip-ons which were crisp white and awesome but no longer available. The stitching at the top looks kind of tacky and to adjust the wideness means the leather lacings dangle on either side of the foot. The quality is great, the sizing is just not right.

I love Sperry's and have about 7 pairs and love them all until now. This sneaker is both too wide and too big my foot slides around so much. This is so unlike Sperry. However the Ultimate Disappointment is you can not return after wearing them, but you have to wear them to see if they fit. I wore them once and will never wear them again

These shoes are cute but the fit is much narrower than other Sperrys I own, especially in the area where toes meet feet. The back of heel rubbed so much that I had blisters that were bleeding (I was wearing no show socks). One plus was the blood came right off the canvas shoe material without staining but my socks were trashed.

not a good fit for me - perhaps for someone who has a flatter arch.
