I love the look of these shoes but I followed other reviews suggesting I buy larger than normal and I'm glad I did. They are VERY small and narrow so make sure you buy a size and a half larger.

Ordered a size 8, which is what I normally wear. They fit perfectly. A bit stiff with the platform, but not too bad. I wanted a gray, gray and ordered also a pair of the Superga sneakers in gray. Those were slightly green and at the price difference, I am sending those back. The Steve Madden is exactly what I wanted and the price is right.

I WISH these shoes fit me better because they are SO CUTE. The problem is that while the length is good, they are tight across the top of my foot and loose in the heel. Even if they were available in a wide instead of a medium, my heel would still slip when I walked. If they fit your feet, you're lucky! The fabric is great and the platform is perfect. Too bad they just don't work for me.

These are very cute platform sneakers- similar to the Superga but a little less expensive, slightly more flexible and comfortable. The fit is different than other sneakers and they are heavier so should wear them at home a little before committing. You have to be careful with the socks you wear with them as the typical invisible sock style ends too low in the back and my daughter came home with bad blisters on both feet. The shoes go with everything and are not such a high platform to get injured. I like the range of colors/patterns available. We now own black, white and camo.

I love these shoes! They were super cute and fashionable. A cheaper option to the platform Supergas. I’m always between a 7.5/8. I went up to an 8. My heel is super narrow so I had to add a flower in the back to help with it slipping off.

After reading the reviews I ordered 1/2 size larger but ended up exchanging them for a full size larger. They truly do run very small but I have to say they are seriously cute. Image: I am a solid size 7 in Converse platform (left) and took an 8 in the Madden Emmi (right).

Adorable, but I followed others advice and ordered a slightly larger size. I should have ordered my exact size as they slip off my heel. I think they would break in, width wise, but they do seem a bit tight. Sadly, I'm returning them as I can't keep them from slipping even with thicker socks.

Cute, casual shoe. But, I found them to be narrow from toes to heel; my heel slipped as I walked in them. So, if you have a more narrow foot these may be just what you've been looking for.

I absolutely love the look of these sneakers. They bring me back to 1998. I am a shortie, so anything platform makes me smile. Unfortunately, they run WAY WAY small. Going to be exchanging them for a full size larger. I checked more than once to make sure I was sent the correct size-- that's how small they are.

Bought 1/2 size bigger and still too narrow through toes. When I walked, my heel slides out of the shoe. Will try another 1/2 size bigger. Love the colors and quality of the shoe. The price is exceptional. Zappos makes it easy to return and order other sizes.

It did not fit well! It slid up and down in the back and made a squeaky noise when I walked. Also it was very narrow. I had to send it back.

Super super cute, just what I wanted - the size and width through the toes were perfect, but the heel is wide and I slip when I walk. So sad... they are the exact platform I wanted.

I wish I didn't listen to the reviewers who said to size up! I am a true 6.5, sometimes 7 in certain shoes. So I ordered a 7 based on reviews and they are too big!!! I bought cam and they are SO cute! Love the little height. I can't wait to get the 6.5 so I can start wearing them!

Love this shoe but did have to return a 7.5 (my usual size) for an 8. So they run small...and alittle narrow but are a great style.

Steve Madden rarely disappoints. Very cute and stylish sneaker. Love the platform sole. I am normally a 7 in sneakers and the 7 fits perfectly. They are little stiff at first but loosen up quickly!

Usually 6 1/2 or 7, went with 7 and it fits great, super cute too!

These are cute. I got them in grey because I wanted a neutral color but they have no pizzazz in my opinion. I think I am going to exchange them for the leopard. They soles are a bit stiff but I do like the 1 1/2 inch platform, as I am petite. They seem fairly comfortable but I have not worn them for an extended period of time. I an't justify the cost difference for the Superga. I think these are comparable.

the shoes are adorable. i'm an 8, so i would order an 8.5 for sure, but they were very narrow. they just weren't comfortable at all.

No matter what size you get, your heel is not going to stay in this shoe. The platform is too heavy. Have to return. : /

I absolutely loved the look of it & it was comfortable on. Sadly as soon as I started walking my heel slipped out every step. I even tried a smaller size but then it was just tighter and my heel still came out. Bummed I had to return....

The 4 star review is so deceiving because just like most people here, they kept slipping off my feet in the back as I walked. I literally walked outside for 2 minutes and had to walk back in to change to different shoes. Terrible design on this.

I usually wear a 9 but ordered a 9.5 after reading the reviews and they ended up being too big. I don't think it's necessary to size up! Other than that (which was my own doing) they were super cute and comfortable, I would definitely get them if my size wasn't sold out.

The material is awesome!!

These are so cute! I usually wear a size 6 but they were short when I tried them at Macy’s. I think it’s due to the large amount of rubber on the platform part. They narrow the toe box it felt. So when I bought them on Zappos, I ordered the 6.5. With a good ped they fit well. Tied tight enough they do not slip off my heel. I would not want the size because it would smash my toes.
